I brought my car to Four Seasons Performance & Repair In August of 2023. It originally went in for a misfire upon idol and a squeaking noise when turning. They diagnosed the car and informed me that it needs a lower control arm and fuel injector. I asked if I should do all of the injectors at the same time due to them usually failing around the same time. They said yes. I followed there guidance and had that done, we also started talking about performance upgrades. We decided to do a charge air cooler, intercooler, valve cover, catch can, exhaust, and custom tune. The car was at there shop for some time and I was told it war ready minus the tune, They needed to revise it then I would return at a later time to have it installed. I drove the car away and within 30 minutes I hade a drivetrain malfunction message, low coolant message and a super high pitch squealing noise. I brought it right back and left it with them. A couple of things they lacked to button up correctly. They fixed the squealing noise by routing the catch can lines correctly. They filled my coolant and told me the drivetrain message was related to that. I went back to pick up the car. After picking it up the second time the drivetrain malfunction light came on again after accelerating. I left it with them again. They worked on it for a few weeks and told me I could pick it up again. This time I picked it up and the car would misfire when acerating. It was worse then before. I dropped it back off with them again. The car proceeded to stay there for months. They could not figure out what was wrong. They got another shop involved and passed me to them. Long story short. My car was running and driving before it was worked on and after MONTHS I was charged Thousands of dollars (through Venmo) with a car that is more broken then before. The last straw was when I asked for my receipts of the services they said they needed to create them. They were not documented correctly from the beginning.

We have already given not only thousands dollars worth of man hours for free but also parts and outside diagnosing for free. I have tried to reason, currently I am remaking the receipts due to a complete shop system change. I will not that we take multiple ways of payment and this customer opted to pay this way. Originally I was helping a friend when we got into this mess and did mean to give the receipts to him but then we changed systems and things didn't go our way. As for the cars situation, we first got it in with a squeak and misfire and at this time the cars transmission and engine were already tuned along with downpipes some exhaust and a intake. once we diagnosed the misfire as an injector by moving the coils and plugs and even doing a compression check we then gave our findings to the customer. After consideration of only needing 1 injector the customer decided to do multiple mods to the car along with a retune. After some time and hard work to get everything working properly together we were looking good and near the end with tuning when the customer asked to borrow the car for the weekend. The customer took the car and then came back with a new misfire in another cylinder. So we sprung into action pushing his car in between or in the way of many other cars to figure out why with the soul reason to make sure the engine was okay and that we were not the cause. After putting so much time into the car with changing parts under warranty and changing tunes along with testing and even putting some parts back to oem we ended up figuring out that even with a portion of the parts that would have an impact on the misfire being back to stock the car still misfired. Once we figured that out we didn't charge any labor for the countless hours of diag and to reinstall oem parts but did have the customer pay for some of the new oem parts that he left with and had to give him back money for the parts he didn't want to keep in the car. As far as we know know the cars in still with another shop and it may need a transmission rebuild that is absolutely not something we touched or changed. to this day we still have the data log from when the car was at its best to when he gave it back to us that weekend. Our entire teem feels terrible that he is in this situation and hope the best for him and his car. We will not be issuing a refund on top of what we have done for him due to the fact that the many expensive parts that are still in his car are operating as they should.

I had brought my car to four seasons to have a smoke test done for vacuum leaks. Was told i needed a full rebuild of car. So i told him to do it and 2 year later car came back with more issues than before. Was lied to about alot of issues. I have whole life of our conversation in text and emails from the people who tuned the car that say four seasons had them delete check engine codes. Extremely bad lack of communication and now said there to buzy to finish.
