11-2-2022. I brought my 2011 Infiniti to be checked to see if they could tell why the vehicles battery needed to me charged since it was dead. We had it jumped by AAA but thought it should be checked to see if it could be determined why it happened. The repair person said he couldn’t find anything to indicate the cause. When I picked up my vehicle the seat position memory had to be reset which I did and then I noticed my clock and the button for the garage opener on my rear view mirror wasn’t working either. All these things worked before I brought the car to them. I brought the vehicle back the next day since they had closed after I picked it up. The technician said he checked all the fuses and could find nothing wrong and gave several reasons why these were now not working like the AAA person could have caused the problem. Hardly likely since I didn’t have to set my seats after he charged the battery and I used the wireless remote to get out of my garage to bring the vehicle to him. I assumed it was just a minor oversight like a fuse. When I called this morning ,after my husband had returned with nothing being done, I spoke to the tech and we had at times, a heated discussion but finally he did say to bring it back and he would look at it again and said I want to get it fixed for you. I was trying to get a ride to drop it off and when I couldn’t and called back to see if I could drop it Friday he said they were closed. He then told me the owner told him to GET RID OF ME. He said ot wasn’t there problem I want the vehicle looked at to see why these things aren’t working now when they are certainly working when I brought it there. well i have had no personal contact with this customer other then a phone call on thursday
i told her i never said get rid of the customer. i also understand while talking with her that this problem has been since new? why in the world would you address it now. we did a draw test and found nothing wrong how that would make he clock stop is beyond me.
i offered to have her fuses checked on monday and she said that was all she wanted.
i believe her yelling and screaming at my employee caused him to be very frustrated as our customers do not act in that manner.
i have been in this location for over 30 years and i believe this is a first
i have no intention to replace her clock on an 11 year old car

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: of course what he is telling you is completely different from what he told me. His employee stayed to raise his voice to me. He admitted the employee is not good with customers. He slid said he didn’t tell his employee to GET RID OF ME. Well someone is lying either the owner or the employee.
the reason we brought the car was to see why the battery died. It has happened before for no seen, apparent reason. it was charged and all functions were working including the clock when I brought the vehicle the owner and employee told me the clock may have stopped when it was charged then why did the clock stop at 2:40 ( when they worked on the vehicle) when the car was charged in the morning round 930am?? Also Homelink is not working The owner told me once the battery is disconnected you lose all programming and it all has to be reprogrammed. In black and white in my manual is specifically says that this will not happen and furthermore it says it would have to be erased to get rid of it. Again I used this feature to get out of my garage when I brought the vehicle to them. Also when I lock the car from the door handle the alarm will not go on only when I use the key fob. Again this happened only after I picked up the car from themof course I brought it back to see if it was a fuse problem or maybe something was disconnected. After I spoke to the owner ,who told me the complete opposite of what his response to this complains say,
told me he would have the mechanic make sure to check the cloak fuse and assured me he would make sure the tech knew where the fuse was that he would look it up himself to be sure he was aware of what he needed to do.
they has my car for 5 hours and I had to call to check on it The mechanics told me he couldn’t check the clock fuse to see if there was power to it because it was attached with the airbag and couldn’t check it . He gave me my money back. That doesn’t solve the problem of clock etc.I have worked for 40 years in the service industry and with technicians and understand these types of issues. The owner and mechanic didn’t do what they said they would to at least look to see if there is a possibility of something happening when he checked the car. I will not go into the discrepancies of what the owne r told me and the mechanic told me but the mechanic shouted at me that the owner TOLD HIM TO GET ROD OF ME. The owner was giving g me a snow job on the phone, I knew that, but I only wanted them to tell me what happened (any power to clock) and of course they didn’t do it. If they truly can’t do it they should have someone who can do it check it.
I want some type of resolution it’s not a coincidence ,as the owner also told me, that this happened also the mechanic is very inconsistent temperament when talking going from soft spoken to raising he voice ( as the owner said about me yelling and screaming ) as the owner admitted HE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I had asked that the owner maybe look at it instead when I brought it back so he could look at it a new set of eyes he said he couldn’t because he wouldn’t be there for a few weeks well maybe he can check it now since the mechanic did nothing and had my car for 5-6 hours for nothing.The owner statues I wanted to have the fuses power to the radio checked he assured me it would be done but it wasn’t I want this done as the owner said he would do and if they can’t do it I want them to have someone capable to do it at their expense. I think that is reasonable.

everything she asked to be tested was done on her return trip. it was also noted the this car has a history ofv radio problems wich include the clock. as we investigated online . we also refunded her money. further more therev were customer present when she was yelling at the employee i will not respond any further to this complaint
