I signed a purchase and sales agreement for a mobile home. I needed to get park approval before living at the park. The application fee was $40 and CORI check $25. The listing said rent was $525. Then I get an email that the rent is $595. So I said to her it said $525?! Christine H**** said no it's $595. Talk about a scam and ripping people off. This company needs to be stopped. I also have another listing agent stating the same exact thing. They switched the rent on her too. Which I am attaching the texts between us. I have multiple people to back up what I am saying and proof. So They denied me park approval based on a form called the rental policy which they never sent to me, my agent, another listing agent for another mobile home, and it's not listed on the website. I got denied for reasons listed on the rental policy they never send to anyone!!! Had I seen this form to begin with I wouldn't have applied and paid $65 in total. It was a switch and bait. I want my $65 back. I have email exchanges from 2 different agents for 2 different properties in that park and neither received this rental policy form. It's a scam/gimmick to steal people's money then deny them entry. I am attaching the form I signed which is the application on the website. As you can see it says I received the letter, application, and park rules. Which I did. No where does it say I received the rental policy. And it's not on their website. Never seen it until after they stole my money and i never signed it. Please help BBB...Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/01/03) */ This is a false claim filed by a prospect that did not meet out park approval screening criteria. She is retaliating against me personally for our company policies. Her presentation to include my full name is slanderous and uncalled for. Our company policy is clearly stated and while I tried to work with Ms ****** she does not meet our standards for residency. I am happy to supply any documentation to clear up her ludicrous mis statements. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/01/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) CHRISTINE H**** took my $65 application fee and denied me park entry based off of a form they don't send to agents or list on their website. Which I have proof of. Everything is screen shotted date and time stamped. They steal $65 from innocent people/families. I wonder just how many people they have done this to. I am contacting the Attorney General for the state of NH next to be investigated if I do not receive my $65 back. Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/01/05) */ The applicant was denied based on our criteria that ALL residents are required to meet. She has a criminal arrest history (felony level) and had NO PROOF of Income. The $40 application fee is non- refundable. She did nOT pay us $65 as she falsely states in her claim. IF the listing agent did not provide her with the correct application information that is out of our control. The screenshots show a text thread between her and I would assume the realtor who works off commission and is responsible to ensure that applicants have all the information required to apply as residents PRIOR to signing a purchase and sales agreement. The criminal history fee of $25 was paid directly to the state of NH for her background . If she wishes to attempt to recover that she will need to contact them directly. She offers no proof of any wrong doing , simply heresay and slander based on her lack of factual evidence. She appears to be upsed because she is not qualified to reside in our community and has filed a false claim as her last resort of retaliation against us in response to the justified denial. Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2022/01/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I got denied based off a form they do not send to any agent or list on their website. Had I seen this form to begin with I wouldn't have sent $25 for a background check and $40 appl fee. Christine H**** has no proof of my agent receiving this form . They cost me $65 because they want to be deceptive and rip innocent families off. She does not have my signature on this form because they never sent it out to my agent, another listing agent, and nor is it on their website. They cashed my check then denied me based on a form that's not on their website. Very deceptive. Hey Christine where is my signature on this form if you sent it out?? i wonder what the state will have to say when I report them.I will be doing that later today.$65 will cost this company alot more than that in the end.
