On January 2, 2023 I went to the Jewelers Workbench at *** ****** ******* ******** ******* ** to have a charm repaired. I was provided a new piece for the charm. I provided my credit card. When I walked away the new piece that was provided to me was not working properly. I went back to the Jewelers Workbench. The gentleman working offered a solution that I thought was unsatisfactory. I requested my money back and he agreed. The gentleman then tried to process a refund to my credit card. He told me he was unable to process the refund because he credit card machine was not working. I found this very suspicious. He told me to come back. Again, suspicious. I did get him to sign the back of the receipt that I was given for the original purchase. I found the whole process very suspicious. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. But they did not review the documentation that I sent them in a timely manner. (I may file a claim about them as well) I provide the documentation to the credit card multiple times. Please see attached documentation that I had sent to the credit company showing the receipt and signature on the back.
