Barry is the individual I dealt with. He repeatedly lied to me. We negotiated a price, clearly, over the phone for a new car of $1,000 over MSRP. MSRP is public information from the manufacturer. I confirmed the price, verbally over the phone with Barry, while looking at the manufacturer website, as $1,000 over MSRP. We agree, I give a credit card for deposit to hold the vehicle, complete the application online, everything seems perfect. Less then 24 hours later I drive 2 hours one-way to go pickup the car. When I show up, he presents me with a bill for $1,000 over the final bill. MSRP is MSRP. MSRP is not final bill. Final bill is the final bill and it is certainly NOT MSRP. Then he sits there and repeatedly lies that "he was completely clear" even when we are BOTH reading the sticker which has the MSRP in black and white. MSRP = manufacturer's suggested retail price. I don't sell cars for a living, unlike Barry, but somehow I know what MSRP is, without someone showing me the acronym breakdown on the sticker of the car. If I could give them negative stars I would.

TLDR: Don't do business with this place. They are unprofessional, with the worst management I have ever dealt with. They lied to us multiple times. They will waste your time. If I could give them negative stars I would. We found a car posted on car gurus that had been posted there for 42 days. We would told TWICE by TWO DIFFERENT managers that the car we were interested was available "ready for a test drive" and "the cleanest car you will ever see." We drive two plus hours to see the car. The car was a mess. Covered in sand, sticky child substances, and contained a package of rotten eggs under one of the seats. The center console was full of trash from the previous owner and the 2nd row was missing head rests. The salesman apologized and said they had "just gotten this in" and it had not been through inspection yet, but we could test drive it. We drove it. Struck a deal to purchase it after it was cleaned and drove 2+ hours home. That was on Saturday. Today is Tuesday. I called the dealership twice to request more information and a purchase and sales agreement. The sales manager called me back and informed me that "we found something during inspection and we've decided to send it back to auction so we can't sell it to you." She was unwillingly to provide specifics.
