      We would like to file a complain against Global Movers, LLC. Our problem started when we sent 2 (balikbayan) boxes to *************** last June 22, 2022 invoiced number ****** and paid a total of $140. Consignee's name *********************** and address to *******************., ****, Leyte. Typically from ******** the boxes will arrive at ****, Leyte in 2 months period. The boxes arrived in *************** in their Company's **** warehouse August 31, 2022. We actually travelled to *************** September 12 expecting that this 2 boxes will be there at ****, Leyte. Several times we attempted calling their ****** contact number and consequently their **** Warehouse numbers Not only it's so hard to reach them but they couldn't give us a definitive answered when the boxes will be delivered to Jaro. Finally they admitted that they are having problem delivering the boxes because they terminated the third party that supposed to deliver this to ****, Leyte.We shipped this 2 boxes as early as June expecting it to be in ****, Leyte when we arrived September. The boxes contents were our gifts to our relatives. clothing, shoes, plus food, canned goods, plates, utensils which we are supposed to use during Jaro's Town Fiesta September 21, 2022.It seems to us the Company have no intention of delivering it to Jaro and us leaving for ****** last week of September, we made a decision to have someone pick up the 2 boxes in their **** warehouse on September 27, 2022 which we incurred an additional expense of $100 for taxi, shipping and van rental. We would like Global Company to refund us back the freight charges of $140 we paid them plus the $100 additional expenses for retrieving the boxes in **** because they were not able to do their obligation to deliver the boxes to ****, Leyte. We believe we deserve more than that for the negligence and incompetence the Company did to us. The time, effort and the stress they cause us is too much to bear.

      Once a month my wife sends a care box to family in ***********. On a few occasions we have had issues with GCM. Today I drop off a box and give the woman in charge 4 $20 bills and she gives me $3. It costs $57 + $6 for a new box total $63. When I get home and tell my wife it's $77 she calls and asks the cost and they tell her $57 & $6. They say come back to get the money and we are accused of stealing by the woman's husband. When I tell them you have a sign on the window that says $57. I said I gave you 4$20's for $80 why didn't you ask me for $6 more dollars. Then I said to the husband you work here you should get the box out of the car. His wife says he doesn't work there. He is the one always saying something so I said if you don't work here sit down and shut up. The company does not give receipts when you pay the shipping costs. I would guess they steal money from people on a regular basis. Though the company is located in Bergen County ** the location I am referencing is in ********* **. If you use this company it is my recommendation that you insist on a receipt. Buyer beware.

      They need to train their staff properly! Huwag kayo pa ang galit dahil nag ask ***************** ano ang issue sa balikbayan boxes. I called to update my boxes and suplado at walang modo ang customer service and staff ***** ???? i sent my balikbayan boxes last january 2022 and after 6 months going on 7months now we have not receive our boxes! ?? I tried to call them again and again to make follow-up calls but theres no answer. Mag update po naman kayo and give us the right number to call the warehouse po?? nagbayad kami ng tama so give us somw feedback naman. ??
