      This company refused to come and replace my battery after I purchase a brand new battery from them on May 21, 2024. I have called several times and each time I was either hung up on or spoken to rudely by **** and ******. I wouldnt recommend a sole to use this company and the batteries that they sell are cheap unknown brands. This is the worst customer service experience Ive ever received in my life and I want them all to be held responsible for the inconvenience they have caused me

      I understand that you experienced issues with your battery months after your purchase. While we provided the service and installation as promised at the time of your new battery purchase, we recognize how frustrating it can be to deal with unexpected issues.
      To clarify, our role is to facilitate the initial purchase and installation of the battery. Unfortunately, as we are not the battery manufacturer, we are unable to intervene in warranty claims. The manufacturer has specific processes in place for warranty replacements, and we encourage all customers to follow these guidelines for the best possible outcome. We do not sell or offer any supplemental warranty for batteries purchased from our company, all warranties must be filed with the manufacturer.
      If you need assistance with the warranty process, I recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer. They will be able to provide the most accurate support regarding your situation.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Pop a lock sent out a technician to exchange my battery and when the technician arrived the supervisor advised him to leave without changing my battery which could have been done on site. I called several times and was told that they refused to send a technician out because they did not like my response to their poor customer service. This business has no appreciation for their customers what so ever. The technician that arrived to change my battery said he didnt even understand why they would send him else where without servicing me first.

The manufacturers warranty claim process is documented on their website.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I was left in a vulnerable situation after paying my hard earned money. Without a car for days and eventually had to replace the battery using a whole other brand because the batteries your company sells are off branded and cheap. You want to satisfy me you can refund me my money in full. That car battery you sold me died in less than 3 months after purchase. Ridiculous.
