I am a resident of ********************* The *** office has been unresponsive to my phone calls regarding the parking issue on Augusta ct. The lines separating the spaces and the numbers need to be repainted. Very frustrating when I come home from work and there is someone parking in my marked spot. Now people are parking in the visitor spots right on the line (taking up two spots) so that they can "save the spots". Something needs to be done about this. I have called the *** regarding this. I leave messages and no one returns my call. We pay $300 a month for the *** fee. We should be able to get communication from the office. I have called twice this week to get answers as to when the spots will be repainted. No one has called me back or email. I would like assistance in getting cooperation from the ***. Being ignored is completely unethical especially since we pay $300 month ***Business response

Our formal reply to you regarding this complaint is that we work hard to respond in a timely manner to all homeowners and did so in this case the Property Manager did reply to this homeowner complaint in a timely manner, within 24 hours.
