I ordered groceries for delivery. When I received the groceries, I noticed that about half of the order was missing, though I was charged for all items. I called the delivery driver who indicated that he had only received the items he left for me and had nothing else in his vehicle. I then called the store, where I was put on hold and passed around until finally a woman picked up and said she'd call me back without even asking why I was calling. No return call. Later that day I called the 800 number for ShopRite where I was put on hold for ********************************************************* No call. I sent an email and a tweet to ShopRite and no response. This is the second time I've had a problem with this service and not gotten any resolution.Business response

We had previously received a social post from this customer on this matter. We notified the store and they responded to address her concerns and deliver the items that were missing from her online order.
We have closed this case in our files and wanted to advise you of the final resolution.
