My wife and I ordered kitchen cabinets through CFM Kitchens. The cabinet manufacture is Hanssem Corp. ** ****** Rd, Edison JMN 08817. We chose the color from a sample door we received and still have was Sepia Cherry. The color cabinets received are NOT what we ordered. In addition, to that the cabinet finish is totally different. The stain is poorly applied resulting in a very blotch finish (will send photos) The sides of the cabinets were warped and had to be replaced which took 8 weeks. After spending months and a great deal of money we are very disappointed with what we receive. Hanssem Corp. has not been at all cooperative in sending a representative to our home to look at these cabinets. My wife and I are seniors in our 70's and have saved for a few years to have our kitchen replaced. We feel that we have been taken advantage of and consequently, we seek your assistance. Our preference is to have the doors that need to be replaced and consider some type of refund for the delay we had to wait and still waiting to have the remaining doors replaced. All payments had been made by check to CFM Kitchens Brooklyn.Initial Complaint

The stain is poorly applied resulting in a very blotch finish (will send photos once we received your file number we are unable to send with this file.) The sides of some of the cabinets were warped. After spending months and a great deal of money we are very disappointed with what we received. We therefore, seek your assistance in resolving this matter.
