I went to AtlanticCare urgent care in *************** for a sinus infection. I do not have insurance so I was a cash patient. I was quoted $150 and paid in full. I have been billed twice now for over $250 for this visit that I already paid for. I have spoken to both the urgent care and the billing department. Both confirmed I had paid. The billing department took longer to "figure out" if I paid but was then confirmed. I am now receiving another bill. This company is continuing to bill me for something I paid for in July! It is now October and I received another bill. This is bill #2 and I will have to make another call. This will be the 4th call to this company. Very unprofessional. I shouldn't have to call again for something that was confirmed paid.Business response

I followed up with our billing department who admitted fault in the bill going out again. They have identified and spoken to the team member who created the error. They are adjusting the billing to reflect $0.00 owed and will be contacting the patient today to notify her of these actions. She can disregard any billing statement she may have received. thank youInitial Complaint

I received preventative care with Atlanticare for my insurance company's annual requirement. I made sure to mention that it was preventative care, which is covered by my insurance. My husband and I go to the same provider and had the same preventative appointments, bloodwork, and insurance, however I was charged. I contacted *******, who the charge is with, and they expressed that Atlanticare had coded the script for the bloodwork incorrectly. I called Atlanticare, who said to not worry, and that it would be resolved within 30 days. I have since received a past due notice from Labcorp. I had an appointment with the physician's group in September, in which I spoke with the ordering physician, and he expressed that it "is not a big deal, happens all of the time, and to contact the office and they would take care of it in the future". I contacted the office today, and they expressed no knowledge of the issue. The bloodwork was drawn on 07/11/2023. I want to make sure this gets resolved, and that this "past due" invoice does not go to my credit report.Initial Complaint

******** urgent care across the street from my home. For the last several weeks their perking lo light is malfunctioning. It cycles on and off continuously day and night. 10 seconds on then 30 seconds off. When off it makes a loud buzzing noise that is very annoying to residents here. I notified the staff but nothing has been done. We would like BBB to help us in this matter. Seems like no one there cares to address this matter
