They have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unless specified in the product warranty. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refundable for voluntary returns. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@faairsoft.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a return has been accepted, the item must be shipped within 7 days, otherwise, the return and refund will be canceled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and used / pre-owned items. They also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, they cannot accept returns on sale items, used items, labor or gift cards.

Guns are used with any bb brands not offered by Full Auto Airsoft, INC
Any abuse of the gun that is outside of normal use
Any modifications of the gun that are not performed by Full Auto Airsoft, INC

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
Once an order has been processed it cannot be returned.

Buyer will hold FAairsoft.com Inc., its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (Observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with FAairsoft.com are sourced in New Jersey, where any future disputes will take place.
