We purchased an ** microwave model number MHEC 1737F 2 years ago. The control board went bad and to replace the part myself is $184.95 plus shipping. This microwave cost us $500.00. If you are looking for a microwave that will last only two years, this is the microwave for you. I do not recommend this microwave. I will now be looking to replace this fancy microwave with one that has no options. The more things it can do, means the more things can break.Review from Ray C

Ordered $1400 worth of appliances, and scheduled delivery 2 weeks in advance. The night before delivery at 10:00 PM RXO stated it would need to be rescheduled. I called ** the next day and they got it rescheduled for two days later. The delivery day finally arrived and it was supposed to be delivered at 1:00 PM. At 12:50 PM, *** called and stated it would need to be rescheduled. I called *** and they said they would look into it, then I called ** who provided no service help and eventually just transferred my call mid conversation. They charged us the $1400 when we ordered initially and now we still have no appliances 2.5 weeks later.Review from Sylvia P

I just bought a ** front face washer and I've only had it for 10 days, it is not working right and they are refusing to give me a refund. I was on the phone today November 21st 2024 for an hour and a half talking with someone to send out a technician. We finally got a date for a technician to come out tomorrow this company is going down. Do not buy ** products, they're not good and they don't want to refund your money or replace it.Review from ROBERT B

** I PURCHASED AN ** DISHWASHER 4 YRS AGO WITH A 10 YR MOTOR WARRANTY. THE WASH MOTOR BEARINGS WENT BAD AND MADE A LOUD BUZZING NOISE WHEN WASHING A LOAD OF DISHES. I CALLED ** AND ASKED THAT THEY SEND ME A NEW PUMP MOTOR PART# ABT72989205.WHICH I HAD LOOKED UP ON THEIR WEBSITE. THIS WAS A COMMON PROBLEM FROM OTHER OWNERS. THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME THE PART UNLESS I GOT A QUALIFED REPAIR MAN TO AUTHORIZE THE PART. OFCOARSE THAT WOULD COST WAY MORE THAN THE PART ITSELF. I WAS FORCED TO BUY THE PART ONLINE AND INSTALL IT MYSELF. IT NOW WORKS ******* MY OPINION THERE WARRANTY IS USELESS ,THEIR MOTOR IS DEFECTIVE AND THEY KNOW IT! **'s customer service is horrible. Bought ** washer and dryer because my prior ** washer and dryer broke after 10 years. Bought through Better Life Assistant *********** on September 18, 2024. Delivery was promised on September 23, 2024. Delivery was postponed and the earliest ** could deliver was November 1, 2024. I had pedestals from my prior ** washer and dryer. Gave *********** model number. He said the pedestals would fit. I have a copy of the chat stating the same. Nope, it turned out they did not fit. Now I have 2 useless pedestals and no pedestals under the washer and dryer. Tried to reach **'s customer service. Everyone says they understand. ***** does anything about it. ***** takes any responsibility. They made five promises that **************** team representative would be in touch. Noone got back to me. Lies, lies, incompetence, and then more lies. Their ** delivery people themselves told me that ** representatives would tell you ANYTHING just to sell. Refrigerator after 4 years and still under warranty and they will not fix it. The Temperature is above 40 degrees and sometimes reaches 50 degrees. We had a number of service calls on this unit. The compressor went out and was replaced and ever since then it has not cooled properly. The LG technician has actually canceled the last two service calls without informing us. ***** has been no help. ***** extended protection has been no help, and ** customer support has been no help. We have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks.Review from Billy F

I bought a ** washer in dec 1 2022. Twice the computer board went out. Both technicians that fixed it said it was an on going problem. As soon as it was fixed the 2nd time under warranty which the technician said started the warranty on that part for one year again we plugged it in and threw sparks and popped the breaker. Immediately call the manufacturer and they said no more warranty and to stop calling them. Now, not even 3 years old and the computer is out again. Terrible service. Our 4-year-old ** refrigerator Model LFXS26973S which had stopped cooling. As ** had a history of failed compressors on their refrigerators, I purchased a flat rate repair from **. ** sublet the repair to ******************************** in *****************, **. Who failed to repair the refrigerator or even order repair parts in seven days. The repairman arrived and took a photo of the refrigerator name plate. He never laid a tool on the refrigerator.After a week in not hearing from the repair service, I contacted ** and learned that they had not received a parts order for the repair. They said it would take at least 5-10 business days to receive the parts once the order was placed. As I couldn't do without a refrigerator for three or more weeks, I cancelled the repair and traded in the refrigerator direct to ** for a new refrigerator. I then started receiving billing notices from ** for the Flat Rate repair which I refused to pay. I contacted ** and explained the situation and that ** was in possession of the faulty refrigerator. I continued to get notices from **; so, I emailed the President of ** explaining the situation. In the interim, I checked the BBB rating on ************* Appliances who had seven ******************** reports in which it was reported that they had failed to complete the repair on five of the reports. I received a call from an assistant to the President who said they would take care of the problem. I then received an email from ************* that ** had turned my account over to them for collection. I checked the ** Service web page which showed that the repair was complete. Hopefully, this misrepresentation is not intentional. I am debating going to small claims court.Obviously, I don't recommend purchasing service direct from **.Review from Jennifer G

We ordered a wash tower directly from **. They offered free delivery, free installation, and free removal of our old appliance. Upon delivery, the company stated they were not allowed to install. 2 months after we purchased the unit, the display screen became very pixelated to the point where you couldnt read what was displayed. I contacted customer service and they had someone come out within a couple weeks covered under warranty. Technician had to order a part and was scheduled to come back 3 weeks later. The appointment was scheduled between 8-5. It was canceled without by ** per text message, no other information. Contacted ** and they said they couldnt get the part anymore. I asked what we could do to fix the issue as it is a brand new washer and dryer. I was constantly told someone would contact me, rarely did anyone. I had to call weekly for updates. 4 MONTHS after the issue began, I finally got a refund after having to spend 20+ minutes at least once a week trying to find out what was going on. I spoke with a supervisor on a few occasions per my request as every time I called, nobody seemed to have any record of previous calls or information. This was a very frustrating 4 months. We had the wash tower fully functioning for 2 months and not for 4 months. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt recommend.Review from Celestine E

** dryer model ThinQ, ***** it stop heating up and drying after three days it broke down. **************** was horrible. Do not buy ** products. Doesnt even deserve the one star that I rated it.*******
