I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Business Debt Adjuster (BDA) and their representative, Jenn  regarding their misleading and deceptive business practices which have caused me significant financial distress. In good faith, I engaged with BDA after being assured by Jenn  that they could significantly lower my payments with my lender, Company A, due to their purported excellent relationship with Company A’s legal team. Jenn P repeatedly assured me that this relationship would facilitate a deal that would reduce my weekly payments without any additional cost to me. Despite these assurances, I encountered a severe breach of trust when Company A placed a lien on my business. This unexpected action persisted for nearly two months, during which I was unaware of the escalating situation. Throughout our initial interactions, Jenn P was responsive and conveyed a strong sense of trustworthiness by emphasizing her and the company’s Christian values. However, once the lien was placed and the situation deteriorated, Jenn P became unresponsive, which is unprofessional and contrary to the assurances made. The culmination of these events forced me to sign a new agreement with Company A, resulting in a significantly higher debt obligation due to compounded late fees—an outcome that was entirely avoidable had I been properly informed and guided by BDA. I feel profoundly misled by Jenn P and BDA, whose actions and promises have exacerbated my financial situation instead of alleviating it, as initially promised. This experience has not only affected my financial standing but has also shaken my confidence in businesses that claim to operate on ethical principles. I have never complained to BBB we all have bad days etc but this was just malicious .. STAY AWAY FROM JENN . Now because of the lian, I am playing catch up with my bills but BDA STILL WANTS THERE money, I was placed in this situation because of BDA. My payments have always on time !!! DO IT YOUR SELF !!

This company calls us multiple times a day. I don't know how we got into their database but we do not have a debt, much less a debt that would require us to hire another company to deal with it. But they lie and say one of our vendors has filed something against us, which is again, a complete lie. I feel for the more naïve people who may fall victim to this company's predatory tactics. How a company goes about getting new business says a lot about the company itself. And what's SUPER annoying on top of the scummy way they do business is the gross way they all say, "Heeey, how's it going?" when I answer the phone like we're friends or something. It gives me the ick.

This illegitimate business harasses everyone which is on the UCC list. Which is everyone with a loan, mostly minorities. They do not do anything but harrass people. Couldn't give me a straight answer as to what they do or how they get paid. Performance based is how they get paid.
