The United ****************** has handwritten these cute little notes on the address labels from the magazine titled "First For Women" indicating that they would like me to tell this company to use my entire address, specifically that I reside in UNIT 133. The company has me living at "unit 13," of which I am not even sure is an actual address.I have emailed the company asking them to do so but the only reply I got was an additional magazine. I have NOT paid for this magazine, nor would I, considering that they lack credible customer service support. And now I just want them to absolutely STOP sending me any further mail.Initial Complaint

I paid with a personal check for the amount of $19.97 on February 8, 2022 for a magazine subscription to First for Women. My check was cashed. After not receiving the subscription, I made repeated attempts by email and phone to find out the status of my subscription. None of my emails were answered. I had no success on the phone. I was originally told they didnt know what happened and they would send out the current issue and start my subscription from then. I still did not receive anything and called most recently on May 17, 2022. I was told again they don't know what the problem is and after being placed on hold, I was disconnected. When I called back, it was obviously the same person I has just spoken with and she denied it. She then disconnected me again. I called a third time and spoke with someone else who gave me a runaround again. They are obviously not being honest and I can only assume the employees are irreputable. I would like my subscription and to be given extra issues for my inconvenience. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Early February I sent 2 money orders for subscriptions to First for Women magazine and *********************** never got them. Asked what happened was told they never got my money. Contacted MoneyGram and said they were both CASHED February 17. In order for me to see who signed and cashed them I have to pay $18 for EACH money order. I am a retired senior and cannot pay this - it is the magazine people's error. They don't seem to want to find out who stole my money one was for $14.97 and the other was for $59.60 - please help me get this money back and find out who the person is who took it. I will never again subscribe to these magazines. I am so disgusted. Thank you for your help.
