Liberty Optical / Liberty Sport has sent us thousands of dollars of ophthalmic inventory that we did not request, and when we have attempted to contact their customer service to return said inventory they have refused to issue return labels, and sent us bills. When we finally got through to a manager, they got us return labels but then refused the delivery and had the inventory sent back to us. In March, they sent us a bill for the inventory that we had been trying to return for a year. We called and contacted someone in billing, who ignored emails and voicemails for days before finally getting us the return labels we requested. We then reminded this manager that we did not want any more inventory sent to us at all.On June 6th, 2024, we received another package that we did not request. Since June 6th, I have left 3 voicemails and sent 3 emails to a supervisor, ***************************. I have had 0 response from her. We have been requesting to have our account closed permanently for over a year, since this company continues to send us inventory against our will, and then will send us bill after bill for said inventory even though we beg them to give us return labels.Initial Complaint

ON 3/11/2024 I SENT A FRAME / SUNGLASS FOR REPAIR. PERSUIT XL. I have called on several occasions to have them find the frame or replace it with the repair or new; As the one I sent they lost. ***** agreed to send a new frame since it had been a month since any resolution; yet I was sent the wrong product a "FREESPIRIT" which is not the same. I then called again for the 4th time on 4/18/2024 stating that the wrong product was sent and talked to the Manager whom only sent me to ***** again. I emailed, faxed and text a picture of the product that I received as I was requested to do. I still have not gotten the product I sent for repair or replaced. I have called on several occasions and still no answer from the company. All I am asking for is a replacement of the product THEY LOST or to find and repair. I was told by ** to send a 40$ check and that is what I did but still do not have the PERSUIT XL SUNGLASS that I purchased.Business response

On 3/11/2024 *************** sent a frame into Liberty Sport for Repair/Replacement, the frame was lost or discarded. *************** was sent a replacement on 4/3/2023 which was the wrong item. On 4/18 /2024 the
customer contacted ********************** and was to receive the correct item, the order was never fulfilled.
*************** has been contacted today and an order has been placed, checked, and shipped overnight.

product was delivered to our facility without being ordered. i cannot speak to anyone about a call tag for returning the product or a return authorization to return product which i did not order. this same ploy happened about 6 years ago. same problems we ended up paying for product that we did not order.Business response

I have personally contacted ************************* and explained the offer of which he declined, a label for return has been processed and set to ***************** via email.

We purchased rec spec sport goggles for our eye care practice and have been met with frustration after frustration. We have been charged for items we did not order, charged for "kits" they sent us and were told we had to return within a given time period to avoid being charged but when we reached out MULTIPLE TIMES TO MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES for shipping labels they would not send them to us. We have many, many unanswered emails and phone calls all the way up through management. I can provide emails and names all the way up. We were promised return calls and crickets. We are no longer interested in doing business with them for obvious reasons. We have asked for a refund several times and cannot get anyway to respond. I believe there are 4 separate people there that promised to get back to us and no one called us. We want our money back and want to be done with them but NO ONE acknowledges are attempts to resolve.
