DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM GALLERIA CONSTRUCTION. ************************************* and his father ******************************* built our home in 2020. Many issues arose during the building process and after closing. Photographs, video and conversations were recorded showing fault on part of Galleria Construction. During walkthroughs with ******** and *****, we were told if we went through the ******************* New Home Warranty, the Inspector would "laugh" at our concerns. As we approached the one-year **** of closing, we were met with empty promises of repairs. Concerned with Galleria Construction being void of responsibility outside of the one-year **** for the New Home Warranty, we contacted the ******************* ****************************. The **************************** responded to our home, inspected and approved repairs based on the New Home Warranty. Instead of following the **************************** order to schedule repairs within 45 days of their findings (2 years after closing), Galleria Construction continued to build new homes within the development and failed to contact us. We were left with the task of finding builders willing to work with the ******************* and provide bids to make repairs. We will be forced to relocate during repairs which include but are not limited to the replacement of windows, hardwood floors, countertops, backsplash, shower surrounds, woodwork and paint.
