      US Vision had a data breach between April 20 and May 17, 2021. They did not convey that information to me, their client, until May 1, 2024. Approximately 3 years!That is *************** Vision did not offer free credit monitoring; instead they told me 3 years too late what I needed to do to protect myself against identity ************** they sent a measly $25 discount coupon for my next pair of glasses.I will never do business with them again.

      I received new glasses in August of 2023. I cannot see clearly with them. The Dr made the comment when he did another eye test that he changed the prescription slightly "but it probably won't help". When the new lenses came, I still have distortion. The Dr. then said that is the progressive lenses and nothing can be done about it. He also said he just got new lenses and is having the same problem. I have worn progressive lenses for over 30 years and have never had this distortion. I have left emails and left a VM requesting a full refund and they are not responding to either one. I cannot wear my new glasses and can see better wearing my old glasses which are over 2 years old. I will be going to another eye doctor and optical shop. When I bought these new glasses which are now sitting in a drawer because I can't wear them, they kept telling me to let them know if I have any problems. Now that I am requesting a full refund for glasses I cannot wear, they won't respond to my emails for VM.

      ****************, The Meijer Optical locations do not have access to email, however the associates are to call each customer that leaves a voice message. I apologize if that did not happen. The refund policy for custom made eyewear is 24 hours after the eyeglasses have been picked up, this information is located on the itemized receipt. Due to you having distortion when wearing the eyeglasses, we would like to evaluate the eyeglasses. The evaluations consist of checking the prescription in the eyeglasses, retaking the measurements for the reading area and pupillary distance along with checking the frame alignment and if necessary, we will remake the eyeglasses at no charge to you. You will need to take the eyeglasses to Meijer Optical to complete the evaluation.       I have waited for months to get new contacts!In AUGUST of last year, I had an exam in ************, ********.I want what I paid for that exam back!Your employees at this store are TERRIBLE!I've gone thru 3 different eye doctors. I've had appointments to only be called and told no doctor today. I've gone in to find a lady who was just filling in and did not know anything. She told me to come back tomorrow. I went back, but they were CLOSED.I need contacts!!I live on SS only!REFUND MY EXAM COST NOW!

      I had an appointment today at 3:00pm. It was closed! "Dr." ******************* can't even keep her appointments. No email, text, or phone call to tell me it was cancelled. A very poor excuse for a "doctor". Don't ever go to Meijer Optical unless you want "Dr." ***** to stand you up.

      Meijer Optical in ******** ******** has got to be the worst customer service place that Ive ever dealt with. The person that claims to be the manager is rude and inconsiderate she talked over me the entire time and claimed that I was being rude but she wouldnt let me talk. Her name is ****** that is the most rude person inconsiderate person Ive ever met. I came back for a second visit with my glasses that they made that were made incorrectly the doctor told me that the lenses both lenses were off by a half a diopter. On the most current call that Ive made she tells me that there is nothing I can do the $600 should I spot for the classes is lost now because I only have 24 hours to return them well Ive been waiting for them to be returned to me to see if theyre correct this time. My recommendation never go to ***** optical department.
