      If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. As somebody who is driving her third **** car, I will never buy one again, ESPECIALLY from this dealership. In May'23, I purchased a 2020 CPO **** Edge with 34Kmi.. This was my second Edge, and had zero issues with my prior one. This car has given me nothing short of a headache since purchasing: transmission problems and has been in the shop 5 times in just under a year. Most recently, they tried telling me nothing was wrong with the car and that they were "test driving it relentlessly." In 5 weeks, i received two text updates, of which, were replies to ME texting/calling the dealership. "nothing is wrong with the car," then "oh wait, something is wrong with fuel delivery." I spoke with the service manager, *****, who went back on his word about fuel delivery, stating the car didn't act up unless driven for a long time so they couldn't fix it (5/16). Friday afternoon, May 17th, I receive a call back from ***** that they finally felt something again, notifying me that they would be replacing the transmission. I was tired of bringing the car in and being in a loaner for weeks on end. On Tuesday, May 21st, I received a text that my "repair was in progress." I thought this meant the transmission was being replaced as that was what had last been communicated to me. Friday, May 24th, I receive a text saying that the dealership actually only did a "programming update on the car and replaced the "torque converter." Why was I not called on TUESDAY, when the replacement plans had changed? I then spoke with a different service manager, ****. He said nothing- he agreed the customer service was atrocious, that the service director drove it and said it's now fine, and said he "couldn't disagree" when I said I feel like I've purchased a lemon from the dealership.All around, I am extremely disappointed and feel insulted by this dealership. I am filing with the State of NJ lemon law. So much for buying American made!
