Me and my fiance went to Nissan about a year and a half ago the car was running good which was a 2017 Nissan Murano and a year later after purchasing the vehicle the transmission on the car blew by it not shifting into gear so we went to our mechanic only to find out that the car has issues with the engine plus the transmission we were suppose to have a warranty on the car but after signing the paperwork with Tyler about 6 months after that we came to find that the power train on the car was expires back in 2018 and mind you that we only had the car for over a year and we're not told that there was no power train warranty on the car so now me and my fiance have to come put of pocket to fix the transmission which is alot of money so therefor stay away from Rte 33 Nissan unless you want to get ripped off and the salesman Tyler not only got is for our money but put us in a vehicle that is no longer running

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would! They’ll get you a car but they’ll scam you in the process. I do love my car but this car dealership has some very sneaky tactics and they know it. PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS!! They had me put a 6,000 down payment on a 22,000 dollar car and somehow I still owed 25,000 on my loan and that’s before interest. I was told the down payment was going towards the cars cost but it clearly did not. If you’re looking for a car shop around first, don’t be foolish like me. They will try to sweet talk you and say it’s your credit or something else but it’s not. They just want more money for their pockets. Singh my car dealer was nice but a con and they registered my vehicle to the wrong address so getting my new registration was a nightmare. I even called Singh asking for help and he never called back after saying he would. Simply put, stay away from this place and if they claim they’re giving you a good deal, walk away, go to other dealerships and you’ll find out it’s not a good deal! Doesn’t matter if it’s the color or car you want the prices they list are lies and they’ll try to take more. I only try to leave positive reviews but what they’re doing at this dealership shouldn’t be legal. With the amount of people reporting the same problem it should be a class action lawsuit. If you financed a vehicle and you’re happy, please pay attention to your financials. It is not worth going into more debt then you can handle for a car or these cons!

On the 3rd of February 2023,My sister and I went to Route 33 Nissan Dealership to window shop for a car, I do not have intention to buy yet as i do not have a driving license as at then, I met with a sales person Tyler ******* and he began to show my sister and I around, I saw a brand new Nissan Altima on the stand and i asked him for the price, he said it cost about $40k, he now asked us to come with him to see same car with a lesser price just that it is a preowned car, we said okay, Tyler brought the car out, he asked us to test drive and said we should make sure we like the car, my sister drove the car as I do not have license to buy, we came back and we said that we liked the car and he said good, he can start with the paper work, we were like without having a license? he said yes and he started with the paper work ,asked me if I have any down payment to put down and I put down the sum of $3,000.00, my sister left to go attend to an urgent matter leaving me to complete the paper work, bear in mind that I am a first time car owner, I do not know anything about car nor know if a car has issues nor know what a Carfax is, Tyler and his Finance Manager decoyed me in buying the Nissan 2021 Altima , the car was involved in an accident, which I wasn't told and the car was sold way more higher than the brand new car would have been sold (the total purchase of the vehicle including my down payment was $41,393.25). after driving for a month, the car, a light kept showing up on the dashboard, so I took it back to the dealer and I was told that the car had a sensor issue on the Carfax report, yet I signed it and with that been said that's on me, those are the words of the finance manager. I felt cheated and ripped off, went back again to change the car to another one and they tried to even rip me off more so I backed down. Went back after a year and I was advised to call NMAC to come pick up the car as a voluntary repossession since I do not like the car.

I recently purchased a car from Route 33 Nissan, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Singh, my salesman, played a crucial role in making this car buying journey an absolute delight. From the moment I walked into the dealership until the day I drove off in my new vehicle, Singh's exceptional service and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Singh's knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, ensuring that he presented me with the best options available. His in-depth understanding of the cars, including their features and performance, helped me make an informed decision with confidence. Throughout the negotiation process, Singh's transparency and honesty were truly refreshing. He took the time to explain the financing options available to me, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of the terms and conditions. Singh's professionalism and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Even after the sale, Singh's support did not waver. He followed up with me to ensure that everything was going well with my new car and offered assistance if any issues arose. This level of post-purchase care exceeded my expectations and showcased Singh's commitment to providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Singh, and the entire team at Route 33 Nissan, for making my car purchase such a positive and memorable experience.

I had agreed on a price of $9,000 for a 2019 Nissan Versa with the salesman. I was purchasing the car for my wife. After agreeing on a price , I had to leave to go to work and I left my wife to finish the paperwork for the transaction. When I received the payment book a few weeks later, the payments added up to $15,500, not the $9,000 that we had agreed on. I went back to the business to tell them the situation and how unhappy I was that their salesman pulled a switcheroo with the price. They told me there was nothing they could do. On top of that , the salesman who I dealt with was no longer employed there. I’m retired and on a fixed income It was disheartening that I was ripped off of $6,500 by this unscrupulous salesman. Is there anyway that someone can help me get some of my money back ? Please be warned not to do business with Nissan on route *** ** ******** * **
