I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and it still says awaiting shipment, no apparent attempt to fulfill my order. I reached out to customer service and got no reply. The site looks legit, but maybe it's just a scam.

I ordered some jar sifter fitments from nakpunar in January. They sent me the wrong size fitments. I left four messages on their customer service voicemail, filled out and sent their online "Contact Us" form twice, and sent them a letter by post. They have made no effort to contact me or send me the product that I ordered. Their customer service is terrible.
