I started my project on 4/10/2023. Till this day they have not finished the project. I've called twice after their last visit on July 5, 2024. Also, they never called to schedule a visit they were lucky we were home that day (both my husband and I work). They still have to fix my wall since they made a mistake when they installed the battery and had to come in again to move everything around and rewired. They said they were going to send someone to patch the wall, and they have not done so. Every time I call the person that was in charge of my project has either been promoted to another role and they can no longer help, or they no longer work for the company. This has been a nightmare and has taken a year and a half, and it is still not done. No one in their company is professional. I regrate doing business with them and wish that they can just come in and take it all down so I can move to a more professional company. This is an expensive project! The last two times I called both representatives told me the same information. Since they did not have approved plans for the battery before they moved it around it needed to get approved by the city. No, the city has approved and need the final inspection but then again no one has called me back from the last two calls I made. I've even requested the manager to call or whoever is in charge of my project, but they have not called. They just took my money! My garage has been a mess since they have not completed their work, and I cannot move anything around. Also, they never told us they had to install the battery in our garage, and they had to install bollards and not my garage is reduced, and we had a problem with that as well. Since they wanted to drill the cement, but we kept on telling them they had to scan because of the stamp our slab for post tension wiring. Horrible experience I would never recommend. Thinking of actually taking legal action if this does not get resolved.

I was also lied to about the 'rebate'. When I questioned the issue 2 or 3 times about getting an actual check - my rep assured me that I would get money in which I could use towards the loan to lessen my payments or I was able to keep the money for whatever I'd like.**** FALSE - I didn't even get the full 'credit' on my taxes this year.**They also are not in our state anymore - can't get anyone to answer the phones. Owner says they are short staffed (Via a ****** review) A friend who also got the panels has most of hers are not even working - she finally got an answer from Skyline "We don't service your area anymore"...WHAT?? We signed agreements with them on the premise they were local and would service the panels in the 25 year warranty...They **** well better take care of any issues that arise!

******** was incredibly helpful and patient with me. Honestly one of the most enjoyable and pain-free company calls I've ever had. I called and I was very stressed out over an issue I had been dealing with for a long while and not only did she answer my questions with poise but did so while also calming me down and getting it taken care of.

Got tricked into getting the loan for the solar panels. Was told ** receive a rebate of $17,000 in which I could use towards the loan thats 60k to lessen my payments or I was able to keep the money for whatever Id like. Signed agreements at the end of 2021, was online fully by November 2022. Tax year in January for 2022, I was told there was no rebate of any kind. Got nothing, still have gotten nothing. My payments have went from $219 for the first year and now without putting the 17k rebate money towards the loan, my payment is now 310. I never received any rebate nor anything since for any extra energy produced. Nothing period. Not happy

Skyline Solar installed my 43-panel system in 2015. The installation work and materials was top notch. It was slow getting it operational, not because of them, but codes, inspections, both locally and through our *********** power provider (United Illuminating) and others. It took three months.Ever since, it's now 2024, everything has been perfect. I had question this week and they got back to me within a couple of days. I am very satisfied.Here's the best part: Every year, my April, May, and June *********** bill is $0. ZERO. The solar panels produce 100% of my ***********! No customer service when trying to reach the company Scammers Broken promises about rebates

We have panels with this company, they never bring us follow *** after the installation, , we know about the 5G when we saw the bills of electricity still High every month. We call for 3, 4 months and they never call back. We paid the $550 for the Job they need to do to change the system to 5G. They gave appointment and never shows that day either call us. I said that we need priority because they never bring us a Good Service, Follow ***, etc. And the monthly payment for Loan of panels is Auto payments every months. And we never missed a payment. In small words we pay more with solar panels now than we don't have them before. I don't recommend that with them.

Im a solar representative and have worked with 2 different companies that hire Skyline to do their install. My experience has been great with both. Skyline doesnt sell solar panels. They install for solar companies. I see complaint on here that have nothing to do with Skyline. These complaints should have been directed toward the companies that designed and sold the systems. Ive been associated with hundreds of installs theyve done and never had a problem. The teams are skilled and polite with homeowners. Skyline solar has done thousands of installs and its actually amazing for a solar installer to only have 3 negative reviews in over 10 years. I highly recommend them.
