THEIR PHONE MESSAGE INDICATES 2 FT BLUEBERRY BUSHES IN A CONTAINER FOR $15 EACH WITH SHIPPING EXTRA {THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST WAS $17 FOR MY SHIPMENT) FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED $50. WHAT I ACTUALLY GOT WAS BEAR ROOT STOCK THAT RUNS LESS THAT $10 FROM ANY OTHER SELLER. I WAS CHARGED $328.20 FOR WHICH I RECIVED 9 BEAR ROOT STOCK PLANTS. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT I PAID AND THE ACTUAL COST OF 9 BEAR ROOT STOCK PLANTS ANT THE ACTAUL ORDER I PLACED.

On May 10 I ordered 6 blueberry bushes from Dimeo Farms. I ordered what they describe on their website repeatedly as "4’ foot tall BIG 3 year-old organic blueberry bushes". The bushes were $15 a piece and the total with shipping was quoted to me as $203. I mailed a check (only option for payment) and it was cashed on 5/14, my purchase arrived in a small box on 5/24. The 6 bushes came bent and wrapped up in a plastic bag, shoved in a small box with a shipping charge of $23 on the label. They are nothing close to 4 foot tall and certainly not BIG. The videos and pictures on the website of this same bush are very different from what was sent. I have called several times since receiving my order to discuss the issue with someone, and every time my number is taken down and I am told someone higher up will return my call, but no one does. I tried emailing and am just being sent legalese from the website. I was told in an email that the terms and conditions say that no bushes are guaranteed any certain height, but the terms and conditions on the website aren't even given a clear page-- small link on the very bottom of a long website. I asked for a refund or for bushes that match the product description, and am being ignored. The exorbitant shipping charge ($113) and product descriptions on the website, as well as photos and videos, led me to believe I would receive 6 real bushes in the mail. The planting guide the plants came with even refers to digging a hole 5x the size of the pot the plant came in. But it didn't come in a pot. My six bushes came bent in a plastic bag with a wet paper towel, and the tallest of the "bushes" just barely reaches 2.5 feet. I believe I have been scammed and the lack of customer service I am receiving leads me to believe the company is not at all sorry for this disappointment. I would like the company to issue me a refund or send me 6 bushes that better match the product description.

I placed an over the phone order for three varieties of blueberry plants totaling six plants. I send a check and the company never send me any kind of receipt. I waited and waited for my order even long after I they had cashed my check. I did finally receive a box of six root bare plants that are all the same kind and still no receipt. I called immediately to request a refund for the shipping difference as I was charged ****** for shipping and the **** charge was *****. They treated me rudely, hung up and won't resolve. Unresolved problems, I did not receive what I ordered, I was overcharged for shipping.

1/13/24 1:00 pm EST Incident occurred at DiMeo’s Fruit Farm in Hammonton, NJ A friend and I had decided to go in on a package of blueberry plant (5) and peat moss. She made the pickup appointment days earlier and we met at the farm. It has two entrances, no directions on one of them, it’s a U drive in front of the building and blueberry patches. We pulled into the no direction side as we saw a truck was at the other entrance, drove around the loop. As soon as we park, in the driveway, a 2nd story window opens and the man who I’ll call DiMeo says, “don’t turn around on my grass it’ll leave marks!!” And I assured him we would not harm his lawn, that we’d back out safely … on the driveway, just like we’d pulled in. My husband was driving. Our 5 year old was in the back. Thank God an audio book was on in the car because it probably drowned out this man’s angry ranting and my responses. When he gets out of his building he comes over yelling at us how we’re both in the driveway - this is a large operation - why can’t two cars be in a U shaped driveway? Then he starts mocking the fact that my friend brought a trailer with her to move the bushes because she was told over the phone they’re huge and 4’ tall. So she brought an open trailer. DiMeo continues to brag how he does weddings for 35k and all his order for blueberry bushes are $2500 plus (no sir, we have picked up small bush orders as have many of our friends in years passed, ranging from 15-60 bucks). Then he said, “this is why I wholesale because I don’t do business with POOR people like you … you can’t afford my bushes, I don’t need your business.” Then he also called us “crazy women” in front of our husbands and children. I asked him why he’s speaking to us this way to which he hurled more offensive language - you still need to be kind to people when you run a business, I said. We left without purchasing as he was belligerent and without remedy.

I purchased 17 blueberry plants from Dimeo Farms. We placed the order and sent the check January 26 for $290.12. The check was cleared and we received the plants in early April 2023. We spent countless hours preparing our soil and cultivating our garden beds for the plants. The plants never grew and stayed in a twig-like form. After 4 months of care, they have all died. My husband called there numerous times to find out why this would happen and there is one person who takes the calls. She would take his name and message and no one would call back. I started calling them to find out what we could do and see if they could resolve this and no one called me back as well. After consistently calling there and requesting someone to call me back, they have blocked my number.

I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of bushes from this company. I called after they cashed the check they received for payment asking when the bushes would be shipped. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and would not answer my question. I asked to be put in touch the owner and she said she would leave them a message but they wont contact me back because theyre very busy. I then asked her if theyd be happy with how rude she is to me. She then hung up on me. *** requested a refund as the bushes have not yet shipped. Im still waiting to hear from the owner and still waiting for my refund. This company is TERRIBLE and has a very rude woman as their manager. They need to source a better person to run their business. I want an immediate refund.

I ordered 5 blueberry bushes from this company which arrived (late) on 4-8-23. After 3 weeks of appropriately following their instructions and ensuring the plants were well cared for one of the five dormant plants did not grow. I called to ask about them sending a replacement plant or refunding ONE of my five bushes.Mr. DiMeo picked up the phone, called me a "God **** Liar" and I was trying to scam him. He said it would take weeks for the plants to grow (it had already been three weeks and I tried to explain that to him). Without knowing my name, he claimed he personally watched them pack my plants and they were live dormant plants. As you can see, four plants were green when they were planted and one was brown (back right) and three weeks later those four LIVE plants grew and the one (presumably dead) did not. Files are too large to upload, however I would be happy to send them.I am seeking a refund for ONE of the five plants.

I purchased 15 blueberry bushes for $300+ dollars. All of them are dead or on their way. Dimeo despite multiple calls have not made any effort to help or reify the issue. Their website makes claims of sells great easy bushes to care for. Well most of mine are dead.

DiMeo blueberry farms is a sham..we ordered 30 plants and clearly states they are 3 to 4 feet tall right on their website we paid $800 total. They claim $400 was shipping and labor..yet says if you rather pick up they only charge for the plant..so when we called to complain we got 4 different stories. First they have a no exchange policy no money back policy because they no they are getting away with scamming people. We asked why $400 because of we drove 4 hours to get them they would still do the same amount of work but without the fee makes no sense. So the plants we got are 1 foot tall and sad looking twigs they are very rude and do not care about customers..anything they advertise on the website is not accurate at all. They will talk highly of themselves over and over but please be aware they are not worth what you go through took a month to get let alone all this headache and disappointment. DiMeo scam blueberry farms shouldn't be in business and need to hire better customer service people. RUDE and LIES

On September 28, 2021, I ordered 20 blueberry plants from them, but received:- one less plant than what was ordered and paid for - two-year-old plants instead of 3-year-old plants which were ordered and paid for I spent $332.56 for plants 20 plants which were advertised to be 3-4 feet tall. The plants which were shipped were approximately 18 inches tall. After receiving the plants and being very disappointed with them, I sent the business an email (November 7, 2021) which explained the situation. I heard nothing back from the business. I called the DiMeo Blueberry Farm phone number 3-4 times but was told "the person would get back with me". I have never received a phone call.I sent a certified letter to the DiMeo Blueberry Farm asking to have this matter resolved. I included my email address and phone number. I've heard nothing from the business.I am a business owner. I would NEVER leave a situation such as this unresolved.
