This is a watered down review due to the character limit. Mechanical issues: Inquired about a car that car2sell posted online, told it was sold. Offered a 2019 Dodge Caravan, test drove annd noticed some issues. Left a $1000 deposit and I was promised repairs, next day I was told the car was ready. I was excited because my family was headed to the Poconos the night. I expressed this to Ziad, my cars salesmen. 5 minutes later I received a call from the owner Nash stating that the car still has issues and he didn't want me driving all the way to PA and something happens, it took 8 days for Ziad to text that the car was ready. They claimed they made all necessary repairs including replacing the engine. Less than 20 minutes of driving, the car violently shook and shut off. Informed and the gave another problematic car. I Refused and asked for a refund. After showing trying to convince me to view cars that were pricier they finally agreed to a refund. However, I'm facing delays and lies. Threatened with dispute, promised refund multiple times, never received it. Warning others to stay away. Financial issues While finalizing financing paperwork they tried to sneak in $5000 and excluded $1000 deposit. They claimed it was dealer prep fees and some other nonsense. I never signed finance agreement and disputed the down payment charge with my bank. Intimidation issue After i posted a detailed review on google and yelp I received a call from Nash (the big boss) he was furious about the reviews. He called yelling and being insulting demanding that I take down the reviews. He made a comment that really has me intimidated "You don't know who you're messing with". I'm not sure what that means or how I should take it but I'm scared. These people have all my information and I don't know to what extremes they are willing to go. During this called he did promise to refund me again but stated I needed to come to the dealership. I went yesterday stayed for over a hour and no refund.

Great place to finance/buy or lease a car. They really work with you to get the most affordable and best option for you. Staff is very helpful and kind! I highly recommend coming here.

Unfortunately having a horrible experience with this dealership. Sold me a minivan that ended up having a salvage title. The vans been sitting in parking lot since may 11th of 2023 with no registration and no title. Been in touch with dealer several times until I was forced to hire lawyer and file a complaint with the union county courts. Now the dealership still has not stepped up to resolve this case before going to court. Dont quite understand what they might be thinking except getting a bad reputation. This should have been resolved a long time ago I keep paying insurance on a van I cant use. I recommend not going to this dealer unless you want to buy a vehicle you cant use!

*** and **** are both crooked, horrible customer service. They have attitudes which is wild for people in sales. So do not waste your time or money. I 100 percent agree with every bad customer review you see. And Im going to do everything I can to make sure I warn as many people as I can.

We have attempted to contact this customer multiple times, but to no avail. *************** is riht saying that he did not have his registration processed until a couple months after he purchased the vehicle, but it is because of the customer, not dealer, that it was delayed. *************** wanted his tags registered to Deleware, and in Deleware to register a vehicle the customer is responsible for getting the inspection done and sent back to the dealer to register. This was asked of *************** multiple times,. until finally getting it done on the 10th of March, 2023. The vehicle was sold to *************** on January 2, which mean sthat he waited over two months to hand in a completed inspection for ** to be able to register his vehhicle. We are sorry about the misunderstanding in communication after the fact, and will be glad to try and resolve Mr ******* complaint another way.

This place sold me a beat up ********* benz and took my perfectly conditioned vehicle as a trade in . my car was worth more than what they took it for and are not up front with their customers . Terrible service , they think they are right when they are wrong in situations . will not get any good feedback from me and will make sure others know about their unacceptable business etiquette .

This purchase was made on 07/14/22. *************** Purchased a 2015 ******** ML and traded in a 2011 ***** civic. There was a concern that she shared with the dealership after the sale which the Dealership agreed to remedy. on 07/21/22 we made a repair that fixed the issue. The car that ***************** traded in was also a vehicle purchased at our dealer just two years earlier. She was a returning customer, and if there is a complaint about the ******** that ***************** owns now, we would be happy to try to help her through the situation, but this would be our first time hearing of it.
