I keep getting calls and messages from a place summit recovery services and they tell me that this is a serious matter that they're gonna take me to court if I don't call this other number. First of all they call you from a local number and then when you answer the phone, you hear a pre-recorded message with a different numberfrom some other country. When I decided to call this number back, the man on the phone was very ignorant me saying that I need to pay some debt that is not my debt. Don't know what they're referring to and trying to manipulate me and bully me. ************ is the nunber they call from.

Called me about a supposed loan, they will not give you info about it. They will not allow you to speak. They talk over you. If you call back, they hang up on you. I found their website which says they are in **** ** and not **. I called that ************ again they won't speak and just hang up on you. I never took out a loan, I've received nothing by mail or email about this bogus loan. I can't even get info from them about the loan. I need info in order to prove, that my credit is locked and that I have a police report showing that I was the victim of identity theft. But these rude nasty people will not listen. They just talk over you and make threats.I welcome going to court. Maybe then I would be given the information about this fake loan. Although according to all their complaints zero have been answered.

Summit Collection Services called today, June 25, 2024 at 1:35pm MT asked that I call them in reference to a file that has been sent to their office for "**************************************". This is the same old attempt that 6 or 7 other scam Collection Agencies have attempted to fraud me out of money I do not owe. The recorded message is the EXACT same message that ****************** Systems uses (same male voice on the recording). NONE of these agencies will send me anything in writing showing proof I owe $$. They buy up private information of people that took out PayDay loans and claim they were not paid, or the payments were returned unpaid from my ************* This 'so-called' debt is OVER TWENTY years old when I lived in **********. I now live in ****. Any and all payday loans were paid in full and either paid per the contract or I paid them off early. NO payment would have 'bounced' because I had a $3,000 overdraft protection. These allegedly overdue debts were NEVER reported to any ************* and I have never received any phone calls, notices, emails, or texts regarding these bills from the original creditor. I am now a senior citizen and these attempts to collect $$ not owed is SENIOR ABUSE/FRAUD. I have also received two settlements that were Class Action Law Suits between the *** and the various banks that held the original payday loan. Whenever I get a settlement check, these calls start. I am told over and over that I am going to be served by law enforcement. So far in the past 12 years, no law enforcement has ever served me at any of my residences. These threats and scare tactics DO NOT WORK with me. They have obviously gotten $$ from other people who believe them ... SO INCREDIBLY SAD and UNCONSCIONABLE.

I received a collection notice from Summit regarding a 4 year old invoice from ********************** that has been 'in review' with them for just as long. They were to resubmit to my insurance company for the initial appointment which they have never done. Now I am getting a collection notice after I was told it would not go to collection and from a company I have never heard of and apparently has done this same scam to others. This should not appear on my credit report nor should it be in collections. Until Life Counseling resubmits to my prior insurance under the correct code, nothing will be paid.

My wife received a call from ************ on April 24, 202. ****** left a message for me, not her, stating that there was a "soon to be filed legal matter". No indication of what or who. Within 10 minutes I received a call from the same number. The caller was abusive and resorted to name calling. This person told me "I sounded like an alcoholic and tobacco chewing POS". Stated that my wife had been called because "a lien" would be placed on our home and they "Knew she would give me the message". My wife called the same number, and the very same person answered. She told him not to contact her again. I attempted several other times to contact SUMMIT ACCOUNT RESOLUTION, which the above number is listed to with no success. ****** would not tell me the purpose of the call, he only made threats that "a legal matter is about to be filed" and that " I would be served ". Still no indication of who is the other party. This tactic is ILLEGAL. I have NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN WRITING. ****** stated I had "Failed or refused to respond." Show me the certified mail proving anything was sent. If I am the one who "owes a debt", calling my wife was WRONG. This will not be tolerated. If there is a legitimate claim, FILE IT, and we will put this before a court. Gestapo tactics won't work with me. Send me something, in writing with my signature of agreement, or proof of a claim. There is nothing and SUMMIT ACCOUNT RESOLUTION (and their contractors) have a very bad reputation for this type of approach.
