To whom it May concern On November 10, 2021, I approached dealer P.R.N.D.L. AUTOGROUP *** with address **************************************, where I made the purchase of a used vehicle **** F150 year 2014 blue color for which I made a payment of ********* USD in cash which included documentation, taxes and one month warranty on motor and transmission. On November 12, the vehicle began to fail. the speed reflected on the speedometer began to vary sharply, causing the vehicle to brake sharply, almost causing an accident. after a few minutes stopped on the side of the road I was able to continue on my way. On Monday, November 15, I went back to the dealer and explained the situation to Mr. ***** He told me to take the vehicle to the ************************************************ workshop located at ********************************. Mr. **** told me that this is a workshop specialized in these types of problems, with which they have an agreement , to which I agreed and took him the same day. The mechanic at that place told me that the problem was in one of the speed sensors but that he could not determine which of them was since the car had 4 one on each wheel and that I had to continue driving the vehicle for 2 more weeks in order to determine which one should be replaced with which I did not agree because he had almost had an accident in the past few days. After this, I called Mr. **** again and he told me to take the vehicle to the dealer on Friday, November 19. That they would take him to another workshop and so it was On Wednesday, November 24, they told me that the vehicle was ready and to pick it up at ******************************, where the repairs were made, which does not have any name notice on the outside. Then on the way from ******** to my home the vehicle presented the same problem and almost caused an accident again, since this was the Thanksgiving weekend I could not return the vehicle until December 1 in the same workshop in ********. On December 3, I returned to the workshop to check the status of the vehicle and Mr. *** (the owner) assured me that the problem was the speed sensor and that he had already ordered it from ***** that he was waiting for the part to arrive to install it On December 4, I returned to the workshop and Mr. *** told me the part had not yet arrived, that the vehicle would surely be ready on Monday. On Monday, December 6, I returned in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle and I found that they were changing the transmission completely for another transmission used without my consent. Mr. *** assured that this had to be done because the computer and the valve body did not match numbers and that in the new transmission he would give me 5 months of guarantee, when I asked for the legal documents to support the new transmission he told me that he was I would hand them over to the dealer since they were paying for the job and to return the next day at 11 am to pick up the vehicle. On December 7 I returned and found that they would have to change the complete transmission again since the one they installed was not in good condition, that I would return the next day and that it would be ready. On December 8 I returned and this time they asked me for one more day because it was not finished yet On December 9th, **************** from the dealer called me to tell me that the vehicle was ready to be picked up in ********, after 5 minutes driving it I realized that the vehicle was presenting a major problem, the transmission was jumping between some changes, I immediately returned the vehicle to Mr. *** at the shop in ********. Mr. *** said it was a scheduling problem that he would have solved in the afternoon. That same day I called Mr. **** and explained the case, I made him see that he had already had to return the vehicle several times and that his mechanic was perhaps using parts in poor condition and that he was not doing a good job, that I was Failing my clients with my work due to this situation, which was losing a lot of money, to which Mr. **** responded to give him one last chance to deliver the car in good condition and I agreed. Finally, on Monday, December 13, **************** called me to inform me that the vehicle was ready, so that I could pick it up at the dealer in *********. On Tuesday, December 14, I picked up the vehicle in the afternoon. On my way home the transmission began to fail this time much worse than the previous times, I immediately called **************** and Mr. **** to inform them of what had happened, and the next day I returned the vehicle to the dealer in *********. There I met Mr. **** and told him that his mechanic had damaged the vehicle which was in a worse condition even for which he became extremely aggressive yelling and saying bad words at me, he was walking quickly towards me until he realized that I was recording it and immediately changed his attitude, I felt intimidated by the action and asked one of the salesmen named ************** to help me that I did not want problems that all I want now is for my money to be returned to me. he had had to endure too much. He told me that I should contact someone from finance who was not in the place at the time, in the same afternoon I called Mr. **** from finance and he told me that they could not return all my money even knowing that they are the ones who are defaulting with the contract.
