My advisor moved me to a Managed Account with ********************** 1 year ago, my rate of return has been excellent. I have received regular correspondence. I think your experience with the company has more to do with the advisor then it does the company that is holder your money. Perhaps the people below should consider a different advisor it is nice to have someone who will help.

All I wanted to do was rollover my 401k into an exiting **** The amount of paperwork is completely unnecessary. It's taken a week plus to get them what they want and they just keep asking for more documentation. It's my money into my money. What the h*** is so hard?

Absolutely horrible company , polite but useless customer service and the website resources that are not leading to anywhere . Not to mention I lost a huge amount of money trusting this company with my retirement , now I cannot even get tax documents to report the loss to IRS . Every call is 5-6 transfers to coordinators who do not know who will be the best person to answer , every transfer leads to ***** minutes hold , after spending half a day on the phone the situation is NOT resolved . Very upsetting , not professional , disrespectful to customers .

DO NOT invest your money with this company. I just received my money which was requested months ago. It would be months before I received a refund less an unexpected $95 feel. I was shuffled around for months, only for someone to send me a withdrawal form encrypted which I could never access. I called and spoke to several people for months and no one ever said there would be a fee to withdrawal the money. I finally had them to send form via US mail, which I filled out and return immediately. Thirty days go by and nothing. I called them back and the consultant said, "oh yeah, there was an issue with the form" but he couldn't talk it was the weekend, which i understood. When he finally called me back, he attempted to prime me by saying "I just want to let you know there will be a $65 fee for managing the money". I told him the money was never invested which he replied part of it was. At any rate he said the fee would be on the lines of $65 bucks nowhere near the $95 fee they charged. During the conversation I told him that I expect an itemization for the fees and furthermore, there was nothing ever explained about management fee penalties for early withdrawal. The memorandum on check receipt now indicates it's not for management fees but for, federal taxes. They received the money after tax and NOT "pretax". How am I being taxed again. Sad, but they are stealing the money to support their business and salaries in an unethical way. $95 is not much but if there were **** people charged these fees, that's 95K. People look at the big picture. Beware!!!

They charge you fees and then refuse to give you any information whatsoever about your account. There is no customer service whatsoever.
