3/6/2021 we met with and signed a contract with Integrity Pools. The permits were paid for and approved, we paid South ********** to upgrade our gas meter and gas line to our house several thousand dollars and we had a start date of mid to late June. I have a built-in pool put in my last home in 2013 so I am well aware of weather issues and supply issues. June came in with beginning of July I contacted the owner Rich and questioned as to whether or not the equipment was in he asked why I was calling him again and asked him if the equipment was in and then I had never received a call in June regarding our start. He then explained to me per contract they have rain days built-in totally understandable. July comes and goes late August I receive a call from Rich that he will start I believe August 20 I take the day off of work I sit around waiting no call no show I call he becomes extremely irate yelling at me telling me that he has other customers and I better be patient. September comes and goes October I receive a message from him that hes been trying to contact me I call him back he never returns my phone calls. This season starts no phone calls I called her several times and dont even receive an answering machine to leave a message we are now one year and 2 1/2 months from the contract date I receive no money in return from integrity pools nor if I received a start date or any type of notification.Business response

After several abusive and threatening phone calls from **********************, he cancelled his contract with Integrity Pools. ********************** paid a $500 deposit at the time of the contract signing, however, the permit for his inground pool was $870, WHICH WAS PAID BY INTEGRITY POOL AND SPA. Therefore, ********************** owes $270 to Integrity Pool and Spa, however, based on the previous abusive phone calls, Integrity Pools does not feel comfortable contacting **********************.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The response from the business is an out right lie and they should be held accountable for there poor business practices and for making a false statement regarding threats. I made three follow up calls to the business days after they had scheduled with me to start the project. Days of work were lost, I incurred money loss to have section of my fence removed and then reinstalled when they never showed. Additionally, the cost I incurred from the upgraded gas line and meter to accommodate the pool heater as recommend by Integrity Pools. The owner Rich was very abusive and argumentative during my follow up phone calls. I would like him to put in writing the exact threats that were made. Once this is done I can additionally file in the court of law.
