To whom it may concern I need help from a deficiency of service received on July 11. That company providing the service is Cooper Pest Solutions branch at **** ********* **** ***** *** ******** ********* ** ****** *************  The Sells person name is Zachary S******** and email is ********************************. Their billing office is PO *** ***** *** ***** ** ****** ************. I am filing a complaint against Cooper Pest Solution, because they committed to clean the air duct and put on vent guards of my house. They didn't finish the job. And because of that, the egg laid by the bird in the air duct was trapped in heat and had a rotten and turn strong foul smell spreading the whole floor and making the whole floor of the house inhabitable. That floor covers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. I was nice enough to talk to Zachary to resolve the issue and let them do it right and come back to finish the job. they didn’t. It took us several nights living in a hotel and it required a complete removal of the air duct and put on a new one. This cost me $980. I have tried to work with them in the past and they were not cooperative. I’ve tried asking Zachary for my signed contract and still have to receive it. They didn’t ask me to pay for their service while I was offering them to get it done right. They now send me a 30 days late bill of $795. Please help. My contact email is ********************* ******* ****

The business was contracted to solve a pest problem. The problem was not solved. I tried last year to get out of the contract. The business would not let me out of the contract and continued to charge me. They rolled the account over for the second year, charging my account and sending invoices for services I do not want. The invoice is up to $192.26 and continues to increase for services I do not want and have asked to be canceled.

I purchased a contract with Cooper Pest this February. It was a monthly plan for quarterly inspection and service. The charge was automatically debited from my debit card. Upon signing, there was no mention about early termination fee or guidance of contract with the terms and conditions whatsoever. They were busy having me sign electronically without giving me a chance to review the terms and conditions. Then their lack of communication began. Upon pest issues, I tried to contact them several times but 90% of time it was impossible to reach them. The times I was able to schedule service, they promised visits to resolve them but the servicer was not punctual at all, even days late. There was a bee issue in my house and I called and called with no avail so I had no choice to contact another pest control company, paying them $400 to take care of the issue where I didnt have to. Very dissappointed, I called cooper pest to cancel my service. Here, again, they never mentioned abour potential early termination fee ( which I would have consider to stay with them if they have told me). They were swift to process cancellation. Then they charged me $125+nj tax without my authorization. No service and they charged me without prior information, prior warning, or prior consent.I have not paid the billl yet hoping that BBB would raise hand to the consumer side. If you need any info, including the copy of the invoice, I will be happy to provide. Thank you so much in advance.

On May 31, I scheduled an appointment for regular quarterly pest control service at my house. I had scheduled the appointment for June 16 between 8am-1pm. On the morning of June 16 at 8am I called to confirm the appointment and they said that they did not have any scheduled appointment with me. Then they said that the appointment was cancelled because technician was on leave. They never bother to call me before or even the day before to tell me this and reschedule. They just picked an arbitrary date of June ***************************** first. The day of June 23, I am out of town so I told them June 20 instead, this made a mess in my schedule. I also asked them why another thechnician was not reassigned instead to perform service on June 16. I also asked if there were any technicians that could come by quickly to do the service, which should not take more than ***** minutes. It was just a matter of changing the bate stations which I would provide and spray in my garage. They could spray the exterior on another day. I did not get a satisfactory answer. Basically they just ignored me as a customer. This is after I have been a customer for almost 10 years, I guess I was just low priority. I call this LOUSY SERVICE. I demand a partial refund for this poor service and an apology and a promise that in the future they will always contact me first if they can not keep the scheduled appointment. I pay $67.86 bimonthly for a total of $407.16 per year so a quarterly payment is $101.79, which I think they should refund me as part of the apology.
