On 3/31 I was involved in an accident with the other party being at fault. The insurance is providing a rental vehicle through 9/12 given, an insurance policy only provides 30 days of coverage per your contract. Ricos auto body placed an order for the parts needed on 4/19/2022. They have still not come in, since June I have been giving a month push back which is now expected 10/15. This ample time this is taking is unacceptable. Not to mention I also have a job and toddler which require me to have a vehicle on a full time basis, especially in the event of an emergency. This company doesnt care I was told they can do nothing, when does enough become enough with this, should I be expected to just have to pay this out of pocket myself because of a manufacturer they work with? Its just a back due to the economy I was basically told. Im sure they would feel different if they were in my shoes. I need a resolution, I need to be provided a rental until my vehicle is able to be fully repaired since its been sitting there fixed with body work since July how would they handle this is the vehicle was purchased there and the client still had a monthly payment, is that acceptable?Business response

Complainant. Precision Acura is not involved with repair or insurance company and is merely
the go between the manufacturers part and your complainants vehicle. Unfortunately with
supply chain issues the parts ordered are on national backorder.
