I have bought their products for years and generally had a good experience. However, I have a pair of expensive underwear that came apart at the waistband after very little usage. Bloomingdales would not take it back nor would Wacoal directly-and each told me to contact the other one! Makes me have second thoughts about buying their products going forward. I can buy very similarly made products from Uniqlo at a fraction of the price and if they fall apart the same way (the sealant used since there is no longer any stitching) it is no great loss. Very disappointing

My first purchase the shipment was late, but they refunded me the extra $10 for expedited shipping. But when I tried to return their products because they didn't fit even though I used their online fitting system and measured myself very carefully half a dozen times because I knew if they didn't fit, I'd have to pay for return shipping. Unfortunately they were 2 cup sizes too small and I had to return them. By this time I had already recycled the huge long boot sized box the two small no cup bras came in and decided to carefully wrap them in layers of cardboard then put them into a padded recycleclable paper envelope as they only mention on their website, the original packaging or another 'suitable' means of packaging. One week later, the package is returned to me with a sticker saying in french, that it is not a suitable method of shipping the bras back to them and so I have to contact them again and try to get an explaination of why they thought it wasn't suitable. Them shipping them back would have been even riskier, as now it has gone from Westcoast of ****** all the way to the Eastcoast! I am also out $12 for shipping. So I have to ship it out again and pay for it again! Three weeks pass and I still have not received my refund and I have to email them to ask where it is. Three more days later, it is credited back to card less $10!! What the heck?? There is no re-stocking fee so I do not understand why they would do that, and on top of that I have now spent $25 in shipping fees! I will never shop online with this company ever again, and who do they think they are? There are plenty of much better bras out there and better company policies and companies who will treat their customers much better than this one! I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything online with this company unless you are absolutely certain you have the right size! I don't know if its just the return center in ****** or the company itself.

I use to have Wacoal be my go to brand for my bras. I have decided to stop buying them. Why? Inconsistent sizings. Your sizes are not true bra sizes. I measured my self with a bra tape measure and I am finding a lot of cup sizes you declare this and that are definitely not that cup size.Shrink flation. I have steadily crept up in your bra size. I use to average a 34 and due to shrink flation Im now almost a 40G. Some thing about that isnt right. Ive lost about ***** lbs in the last year due to strict dieting. I should be going down bra sizes not up! Quality change. Some how the synthetics in your material has changed. I am sensitive to synthetics and can no logner wear them because of this. Only get 3 months out of your bras before youre forced buy a new one. Im sorry but if I spend almost $80 on a bra I expect it to last a little longer. With prices steadily going up 5-10% annually I am now spending $70-$100 per bra and am considering finding a cheaper brand. Every other bra I order or buy I have to return due to inconsistency in the product. This is a bit tediously annoying. Keep tweaking the measurements. I sew as well and know manufactures all have different standards in their products Ive found my self going up and down in sizes because of this. Lately Ive had to go up in size and am frustrated with it. I lost almost ******************* dieting and I should be going down a size not up. I use to love buying your product but please consider not shrink flating them and making them true to traditional bra sizes. Thank you.
