  May, 2022: Installation of kitchen cabinet countertop at ******************************************************************************************** Countertop is a recyled glass countertop called Curava.There are two (2) slabs. One (1) slab is thicker than the other at the slab at the seam.Ive made many attempts to have this corrected. Attached is email conversation (July I had with Curava and text conversations that I had with my general contractor (who installed my new kitchen cabinets), and the one who ordered the countertop through Taylor Made Cabinets.The countertops were delivered and installed by *********************** **************************, ** I will be filing a complaint with ************* too.

  we just sold her cabinets. and countertops which we don't manufacture. evidently the cabinets weren't installed level.

  so stone guy had to shim the countertops over an inch .the material has a slight warp in the sheet goods.

  so the seam is even front and back. there's a slight hump 1/32 in the middle. our stone manufacture is trying to 

  get stone supplier involved.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Payment for countertop was made to Taylor Made. They made a profit selling the product in their store.  Taylor Made should be following up to have the product repaired correctly.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  
  Ive been through this many times before with Taylor Made and *************. Keep getting the runaround..
  
  this is not the cabinet causing the uneveness.

  I spoke to Curava recently. My understanding, the slabs were cut by *************. They should of seen the thicker slab by the seam before installing. 

  Until my countertop is physically repaired, I will leave this complaint open. 
  

  I will also take further action if needed..
