I recently had my daughter's baptism celebration there this past Sunday for a little under 40 people. The food was good enough, the aesthetic of the restaurant was nice, and the one waiter was very polite and accommodating. However the service was overall poor at best, management/ownership might be the most rude, clueless, and unresponsive when running private parties that I've ever encountered. Appetizers came out ridiculously late, the salad was dry with no dressing, the wait staff had to take our order twice for the entree, side dishes were never received, and the cake we brought my wife had to unpackage herself and ask the wait staff 3 times to serve it because our guests were leaving after 3 hours assuming the party was over. We were completely embarrassed. If the only issue was how the day itself went, this wouldn't of warranted a formal complaint. However due to the inept ability for management and ownership to be communicative throughout this entire process (and also flat out rude to a paying customer), is troublesome. I called to get my **** adjusted because they never adjusted the **** for the deposit and mentioned my complaints. ****, who I'm assuming is the part owner, apologized and said we'd issue a credit for deposit, missing food, and the inconvenience. Hadn't heard back for 48 hours, so I called. He said he'd call back shortly, never did. Texted him, no answer. Called him again multiple times and didnt hear back until 5 hours later. He mentioned $100 credit on the ****, or $200 for the restaurant which is an absolute joke considering I just paid over 3 grand. Bare minimum should of been a $300 credit. Went on to tell me I'm the most ridiculous customer even though he doesnt know how his own menu, and that I probably lied about my party size to book the room (because he had other parties of 60 he could of booked instead). So I said I'd give him a bad review after he kept telling me to call him, but never answered, which he says was a threat.
