I engaged their services sometime between Oct-*ec of 2021. It was for some handyman work. The cost was $400. They were to remove a shelf, put a rug under my beg, install 2 floor saddles in my kitchen and reinforce a wall hanger in my garage (something to hang stuff on in my garage). I didn't get an invoice. It was just a verbal agreement. Another mistake. They came and did everything except the floor saddle and part of the garage. Unfortunately I paid in full. I had to order the floor saddles and get stronger hangers for the garage. I then ordered granite floor saddles. When he came he said he couldn't cut granite. So I ate that money ($350). Very unprofessional as to not go through with me what I planned to get. It took me a while to order the floor saddles. March 28, 2022, I started contacting him to let him know that I ordered the floor saddles. I called, called, called, texted, texted, texted. No response. On May 12, I sent the last text asking for a refund, told him that I put a bad review on his website, Anjies list and I would contact BBB. I received a call 3 minutes after that text. He said he has been sick. I guess his whole business shuts down then. The * R is for *******************. May 15 we start to set a date, and keeps blowing me off. Now he keeps in contact and says he will come by maybe Friday or Saturday, he will let me know and then he doesn't call and never comes.. I want a refund. I am a single women and I have to rely on the services of these people. Ultimately I would like him to finish the job but I do not trust he will come. Otherwise I need to get someone else. He is already the second person I got. These guys don't want to do small jobs so they ask for a lot of money.
