Thieves, scum of the earth Deny claims and harass homeowners by hiring attorneys to try to intimidate them from filing claims against the company ************ should be put out of business for their trade practices Someone should report them They harass and try to intimidate policy holders to avoid paying out claims Disgusting thievesReview from Maher Z

I am pleased with the exceptional job done by Swyfft through my claim manager, ******* *******. My experience was pleasant and professional. I received answers to every question and concern and she communicated with me regularly. Swyfft immediately responded to my circumstances and had my roof tarped within twenty-four hours following the initial contact, with any other mitigating services required. Initially, I had multiple claim managers assigned to my claim the first few days, however, once Ms. ******* ******* assumed responsibility for the claim she apologized and ushered my claim to its ultimate resolve promptly, politely, and professionally. I am pleased with the outcome of my claim and I have no complaints with my experience.Review from David C

We were so fortunate to have ***** Musclowas our insurance adjuster at SWYFFT insurance company.Our home was struck by a Derecho storm or Straight line winds, we had numerous trees come down on and around our home.***** was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He acted quickly to provide us with a place to stay at while our home was being repaired. I was very honored and blessed to have a Swyfft Representative that demonstrated professionalism, honesty, knowledgeable and thorough with follow *** and processing of my insurance claims for damages to my home caused by highs winds on May 7, 2024. My representative went above and beyond to ensure I understood the full scope of all covered repairs and provided an explanation of all settlement payments.
