I purchased a battery from this location 2 days ago. Once I got back home I called in regards to my battery tender connection cable in which I couldnt find. I called the location to speak with a technician and was instructed to come to the location so I could be shown physically where the tender connection are located. Once *** arrived the technician told me thats not the battery that I had purchased previously. Im confused so I immediately asked to speak with the manager of the location. Once speaking with the manager he then agreed with the technician. No one at the dealership can explain to me why I paid $275 for a new battery, but there is a used battery inside of my bike. After many attempts and questioning of where is my new battery I then was instructed to leave the premises without proper explanation from the technician nor manager. Im very upset and angry because not only did I pay $275 for a new battery in which I never received I was racially profiled. The manager insisted that I replaced my new battery with the used battery that was installed in my bike. His response was we dont carry Duracell batteries; thats a third party part. Harley Davidson only has their batteries in stock so again my question is where is the battery that I purchased and whom installed the Duracell battery? I then replied yet again while hes insisting that I leave the premises what do I gain from removing a new battery then replace it with a used battery? After all I was there for something totally different and that the battery tender. If the technician wouldnt have told me that the battery was used once I arrived at the dealership I wouldnt have never known they installed a used battery. I asked to speak with the technician I was denied. I asked to see the inventory slips again I was denied. I felt so defeated, *****, and disappointed. Im want a full apology with the intent of new battery or fully refunded.Thank you *****************************
