      This company should never be used! They will deny your claims even with primary care doctor ********************** confirmation of diagnosis. They should be shut down for running a scam. Zero stars is that was an option. If anyone starts a clas action suit against them, I am in.

      avoid them at all costs. have been trying for weeks to get paperwork to cancel policy, waited on hold for more than 2 hours, got hung up on when i told them what i needed. there is no way to actually talk to a person, which i guess is the new norm. i was called by a ***** ******* and asked for a return call, which i did multiple times. i truly can't believe they're still in business which this kind of "service" - maybe the joke is on me and they are actually NOT in business anymore and this is just a stalling tactic. anyhoo, a definite NO as far as a company you'll walk away from thinking, wow, that was a professional outfit. you'll say, wow, they have perfected the art of s******* over their customers.

      My fiancee was an employee of Prudential, and had to stop working when she was diagnosed with ******************.Recently when she had a major relapse and was battling depression, Prudential cut my fiancee off when she was at her lowest and physically could not do for herself.They did not reach out and communicate with her emergency contacts. And cancelled her disability payments. Money that she deserves, and needs to survive.Prudential is despicable with the lies they ******* not do ANY business with this company!

      I was quoted incorrectly for a continuation life insurance policy. The premium amount was 5 times higher than what they quoted me on the phone. And I was told the policy would be issued in 3 to 4 weeks and 4 months passed and I'm still waiting for the policy. The quoted amount was on a recorded line and they reviewed the recording and said they didn't know where the representative got the quoted numbers and there was nothing they can do. I would not recommend Prudential for any type of life insurance policy.

      These people are just plain liars and scammers. My mom passed away, filed a claim, 2 months ago. Every time I call they tell me the same thing, we are reviewing the claim. Then yesterday the guy told me he was a Case Manager, and to call back today. The woman told me he was not a Case Manager that he was a **************** ********** giving them one star since I was able t speak with a person, but they are just reading off a scripts, and they tell you the same things every time they call. Then they put you on hold and just transfer the call to one of their colleagues, then sometimes you get transferred twice. My parents bought insurance from these people but after going through this claim process I would not recommend buying anything from these people.

      Been working on a cash surrender of my 44 yo whole life policy for over 3 months now - 14 phone calls. Different person every time, multiple people on most of the phone calls. Been escalated almost 2 months, but can NEVER get to someone who will follow through and let me know what the hold up is. Each says it will be resolved in 3-5 business days. Prudential would get zero stars now, if that were an option. Each person assures me this will be taken care of. All have exactly the same talking points. Nothing getting done. Been on phone hours on hold now.

      Do not use Prudential or Transamerica life a subsidy they ripped me off for $35,000 and theres nothing I can do about it. They are tricksters and liars.

      Filed a short term disability claim the end of May, STILL have not received ANY payment. They messed up my direct deposit checking account number and wanted to revert to paying by check. I updated the bank info, still no payment (it's been over 6 weeks). Now they're claiming my disability term will expire in one week-when they were INFORMED by my doctor that this was a permanent disability (kidney failure requiring dialysis).I have NO FAITH I will ever receive a dime from this ripoff, scam company. I think my company is getting some type of "consideration" from "The Rock" since my company doesn't care to get involved. My only payback was to cancel an annuity I had for $250K and transfer it to a REPUTABLE investment firm.If the disability payment amount wasn't such a joke, I'd launch a lawsuit.

      I gave a one star because no star was not an option. 7 months of dealing with this company was more than I needed to deal with. After numerous phone calls, emails sent and then them being loss by the company , 12 - 13 page faxes and 7 months passing by I'm still not sure the change of ownership has been completed. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.
