Ordered several pieces of mens wear on their online website on 11/8/2023 in the amount totaling $442.10 and received notification that order was shipped out via *** on 11/9/2023. I have not received product yet and on *** website shows claim has been issued to seller for lost package.I keep calling, emailing them with no response regarding refund.Order number ********* *** TRACKING NUMBER 1Z07942A0333272984.Please assist in obtaining my refund on product that I did not receive.Business response

Hello we have tried to contact the customer but unfortunately it goes to voicemail so we were trying to explain to her that the order was placed online in which we are not affiliated too. I have contacted customer service for her and explained to them as well that customer needs to be contacted. But these stores are separate so we have nothing to do with her order and will help as much as we can but will appreciate if removed from our record. Ordered on 12/27/22. Charged $224. ORDER ******** Sent tracking information but package ever received by UPS. Entire shipment was not sent. Repeat offender.Previously also shipments have been incomplete and I have had to report to PayPal and my credit card company as they don’t respond. No response to emails/ phone calls for this order as well. Bought online from ******************** and was supposed to be shipped by the Houston store.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:I was contacted by the ****** ******* company and have been issued a refund.
However they stated that the complaint be redirected to the ************* online store instead of the New Jersey store as they are typically not involved in the fulfillment process.
However, everything went extremely smoothly since involving your office.
The ****** ******* online company is a repeat offender and this is the third time something like this has happened and I think they should be held accountable.
They no longer respond to complaints on the telephone number/ email listed on their website.
In the past I had to contest purchases not sent via PayPal and my credit card vendor.
The New Jersey company provided me with an alternative phone number not listed on the website, however today’s refund came before any further intervention on my behalf.
