I have been in a signed contract since November 2022. The contract was for *** to do a complete renovation of my home. It is coming up on a whole year and I still do not have cabinets for my kitchen (which have been for since January 2023 in the amount of $10,400) ***'s communication throughout the process has been terrible. I have been asking for my cabinets or proof of purchase since July 2023 and *** has yet to provide. Since October 20th 2023, I have been reaching out to *** via text, and phone calls, however, I have been unable to get any call or texts back. *** promised a delivery date of Thursday September 28th for my cabinets, but they have not been received as of yet. I am in fear that *** has taken the money I provided and has stolen it. *** has also made huge mistakes that I have bought to his attention such as window placement in my kitchen which is too low. *** promised he will come and fix it and has not done so. There are numerous amounts of mistakes that need to be rectified.
