On July 11, 2024 we ordered about 10 shirts in bulk from CDR Graphics Services LLC. When they were picked up, all of the shirts were messed up, they all had leaked ink on both the front and the back as well as ink blotches all over the shirts. Not only that, but a few of the names were spelled incorrectly, and some flags were incorrect as well. We were very clear with the employee on what needed to be done on each of the shirts, but they knowingly gave us incorrect and garbage products. Two of us went back to the business a few days later and requested that four of the shirts be redone, the employee agreed to give us new shirts and the reasoning he gave us that they were so messy was because he rushed to complete the order. He took back the shirts in order to give us new ones and it was agreed that he would give us a call within a week once the new shirts are done. Fast-forward to August 30, 2024 where one of us went back to the shop to figure out why we haven’t received a phone call to pick up the four redone shirts. When we confronted the employee, he refused to provide the four redone shirts. He stated that he spoke to another individual who agreed to bring in all of the messed up shirts before he can complete the shirts for anyone. This isn’t what we had agreed on nor did we receive a phone call stating that this is the new plan. The employee refused to provide us with what he had promised over a month ago. In the end, we didn’t receive compensation, reimbursement, or new shirts. We were cheated out of the money that we paid and the shirts that are owed to us.
