I came here on 05/13/22 to get $10 worth of gas before work, and they charged my card 3 times. 1 time for $10 for the gas. 2nd time another $10, than a 3rd time for $100. I went back the next day, Saturday 05/14/22 and they were very rude and wouldn't help me. I was persistent on speaking to the manger to get to the bottom of the problem! After going back and forth with the workers for about 20 minutes ( whom barely spoke English) they finally got the manager on the phone and handed it to me to speak with him. The manager wasn't much help either, he was very rude and said they money would be back on my card in 24hours but it had been 24 hours already and refused to address the fact that my card was charged 3 times! After a 5 minute very unpleasant conversation the manger told me to leave after not helping me and screaming at me. I left and called my bank, they told me the charges made to my account from raceway were still pending and I have to wait for them to return it back or file a disput once the transaction was complete. I called my bank today 05/17/22 and I had to file a dispute with the bank because the transaction was fully processed and my bank account was also charged an over draft fee as well due this issue.Business response

We are sorry to hear that this customer had a frustrating experience at one of our sites. On each building, we have signs posted with our phone number and website, so I certainly would have responded promptly to try and assist, had Raceway Corporate heard from the customer. We have few complaints like this, so I am sorry that any customer had to experience this without receiving a response that was satisfying. We do appreciate our customers and their business.
