On or about Jan 3, 2023 (date of confirmation of my purchase), I bought a product directly from Grohe.us website. It was a water filtration and carbonization unit. It allows one to have chilled water, medium CO2 water or full CO2 water coming out of the kitchen faucet. I paid $3,117.70 for the equipment. On or about Dec 25, 2023, i started to receive error messages in the equipment display. The equipment stopped working. First I followed the troubleshooting instructions from the company - I was getting error E7, which mean water accumulation inside the unit. In further investigation, I found out that the water pump was leaking. I called the company and spoke with Eddie L, GROHE Consumer Connection Advisor, ***-***-**** On Jan 25, 2024 and he told me that the unit was not fixable and that Grohe didn't provide spare parts. He told me this was a case of total replacement of the unit. Subsequently I received emails asking for the receipt, a video of the leaking, photos of the whole unit and the CO2 gauge. After that I haven't heard anything back, Numerous attempts to hear back from Eddie or any company representative and I never hear back.Business response
