  5/9/2024 $2,500 + $268.28 (paid to finance company per dealers request) Vehicle operated for 5-6 days approx and sent back to the dealer by tow service which came out of pocket because it wasn't covered by roadside service that was given. The vehicle has defects with the engine and master cylinder as well as the starter.

  Hello, my name is ****** from Rayan auto sales, Im responding to complaints about the 2011 ******* Elentra, 

  First the customer only paid $2000 and the other 500 should be paid within a month which is he did not, and monthly payment is for the bank who lended him the money nothing to do with us. The car was sold as is no warranty from the dealership at all and customer signed as is form, however, when the customer brought the car after 11 days, the car had check engine light on, due the customer had a warranty from the lender we tow the car on our own expense to global ******* to have it fixed, after three days, ******* dealership called us claiming that the starter not working we have to replace it, we spoke to the customer to replace it and he said go ahead and replace and the bill was $350 which is he did not pay yet, after we replaced the starter, ******* dealership contacted me (*****************************) and said the check engine light is on due a broken coil in the engine which was caused by the customer, and the warranty wont cover it, so I told ******* dealership to fix it which they did and the car has no problems anymore. And customer went and picked up the car, Few days later the customer called ******* dealership and told them the car has a problem, so he sent the car back to them for diagnostic, and they informed him there is a problem with only master cylinder only, engine and transmission have no issues at all. Customer contacted me and ask me if I can fix it for him, at that time I had no mechanic at our location, so I told the customer that job cost 2-3 hundred dollars to get it fixed, due that I have no mechanic as of now, take the car to your mechanic and you dont have to bring me the $500 that we agreed to pay it in a month and 350 for the starter and use these money towards fixing the car and the inconvenience.
