Entered into a contract to have 27 windows replaced. Gave them 5k deposit 2 months ago, next step was to B measurements. Two calls into ****** have netted no results/response.Business response

Hi there,
I thoroughly apologize for the lack of response on our part. Usually, the windows are measured by the rep ***** and we order based on his preliminary measurements. This is because our supplier has a backlog of orders and when the order is placed it goes into what they call a "material capacity hold". This being the case, they reach out to us prior to creating the windows once the raw materials are allocated for your order and ask us to confirm all of the sizing prior to building. I am happy to personally come out to measure the windows as it will be a step that needs to be taken as soon as the material capacity hold has been lifted anyways. If you are available tomorrow I would like to come out tomorrow between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. Please reply to let me know that this is acceptable or not! IF not we can coordinate Saturday as well.

In June of 2021, I gave a deposit of ***** for work on my second floor bathroom. I was advised that the work would not start until after September 2021 and as I order the materials needed (Bathtub, Sink, Tiles...) I would pay another *****. There was also a project manager assigned to this work. The project manager came by to assess the work in December 2021. At that time, I was advised that someone would reach out to me to schedule the work and to pick out the fixtures. Never heard back, reached out in Feb 2022 to pick out fixtures and materials. In Feb 2022, I did pick out standard fixtures and materials and had a few questions. Tried calling the project manager a few times to go over next steps and attempt to schedule a date that the work could start as I had to coordinate with the tenants upstairs. Finally, I called the office and simply asked for my deposit back as no one has reached out to me. I do not want to do business with this company any longer as I have been waiting for over 1 year and no one gets back to me.Business response

Hi there,
I personally met with *************************** and we agreed to move forward. I have emailed her in confirmation of final home owner selection fixtures and everything is ordered and we are waiting to receive the items. **** and I agreed to move forward on the project and when the items ordered arrive we will be starting her project.
Please request the client agree to this to close the complaint! And Thank you again ****, I hope that mosquito didn't come back!
