    Scheduled an appointment for technician to arrive between 8:30-9:30am. At 9:25 I called the company to confirm service was still coming. I work night shift and had politely explained to the woman who answered (I believe her name may have been *****) that I would need to reschedule since the tech was going to be late. I was falling asleep after a 12 hour shift and stayed up over two and a half hours waiting. I even confirmed that morning for the arrival time. I had just got home at 7am from my own job and stayed up patiently waiting. Since he was going to be late, now I had not much time to regain sleep before heading back to night shift again Rather than calmly explaining to me how far away the technician was, a woman (I think ***** or ********) screamed at me: Yeah you know something dont call me again, are you kidding me, you want to reschedule, no lose my number and hung up on me. I record conversations with companies for proof, so I have this entire conversation. I then texted the phone number advising them of the review I would be posting. I immediately received a call back from the number, which I answered hoping it was someone of management or supervision other than the woman who shouted at me. To my surprise it was the same woman, but this time she screamed at me louder about how high gas prices are and stated her technician drove all the way from PA for my appointment. She belittled me further by dismissing my reasonable request to reschedule by saying its not my problem you work night shift via text message. I will post the screen shot of the texts here, but beware if you need to have your appointment time honored, prepare for a verbal lashing. Im usually extremely patient and very understanding of hard working people not always being on time, but this woman went off the deep end immediately with me. I am thankful that she showed the lack of professionalism of this company, as Im sure the service was probably not far from similar.

    Thanks for your review *******. I am very sorry you worked a long shift and the technician was 2 mintues past the estimated arrival time. You could have invited him in to complete his service which would have taken less then 30 minutes but instead you went to the internet and spent two hours writing this slanderous horrific review everywhere possible in an attempt to bully me into returning and providing you free service. You do live in an area that we service regularly. It is a distance away but when we send a technician out to sit it traffic for over an hour we do expect to be let in and paid for our time. Any other company in my business would have charged you for cancelling so late and I didn't. I believe your review is unjust because you have never been a paying customer. I had to pay my technician for 3 hours of his time, pay for insurance and gas only to have you leave a unverified buyer review on my A+ BBB rating. I'm sorry that we decided working with you was more trouble then it was worth but we do hold the right to deny service to anyone we find is unreasonable and we believe cancelling an appointment when the technician was on your street after and hour and a half drive isn't a great reason. For anyone reading this review we have been in business for over 30 years and have thousands of happy customers. It would be hard to stay in business that long with out them!
