      On January 25th, 2024, I ordered a lego set through *******, which was actually ended up being through a 3rd party. On 2/1/24, I received a letter from the company regarding my order. I was given a number to text to get the tracking number for my order. It also stated that it was coming from China so it would take a little time. I also received several texts with links to track my order. One of the links still shows just my order being ready. Another link shows that my order was delivered to somewhere in Maryland on 2/27/24. I text the number to see what was going on but got no reply. I reached out to ******* regarding the order. They sent an email to the company and said I should receive a response. This was on 2/29. I did get an email response saying that their records show it was delivered. I responded that it wasn't delivered to the correct address and they said that they would look into things. I also found another number that I could text. That same day they asked for a few days to figure out what was going on. It has been several days and now are no longer responding to my texts. I have 2 different order numbers and was told that both are correct. They are: *************** *************

      The customer purchased the item on 1/27/24 the order was shipped on 1/29 tracking number *************** shipped international.  the item atempted to be delivered on 2/18 and was not signed for. It was held for 10 days at post office and then set back on 2/28/24 the item was recieved back on 3/12/24. we then re shipped a replacement on 3/30 with no sihnature confirmation to ensure the item will be delivered. the item should arrive aroung 4/16/24

       At this time, I cannot say that I accept or reject their response.  AS originally stated, the order was never sent to me.  It was actually sent to the wrong address in a different state, even though all the correct information was listed on the order and the letter that they sent me.  When this was originally brought to their attention, they had no real response.  When I brought it to ********** attention, they reached out to the business.  With that, the only response I ever got was that they needed a few days to look into things and after that, they stopped responding to anything.  With that, if something actually arrives, then I will accept their response.  Until then, with how they do not communicate with the customer, I will hold my final opinion if I actually receive anything.
