      i placed an order with them and i received the merchandise reached out to them immediately telling them it was to small and the quality was absolute garbage. tags are still on merchandise, they are saying now that they cannot accept swimwear back, that is completely unfair . their merchandise is made so cheap . they are ******** a scam and have multiply complaints on that about the quality of their product

      In response to the complaint, we would like to clarify that the consumer purchased a product that is a final sale item. Our policy regarding final sales is clearly listed online and on our website before purchase. We sincerely regret the consumer's dissatisfaction with our policy, which is implemented primarily for sanitary reasons.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Tags were on merchandise and contacted them the same day I received  the quality is extremely cheap and they should not be able to sell this . And they use there policy to rip off the customer

      I pre-ordered a variant bobblehead back in October with this company and paid additional to get this variant instead of the normal edition. I finally get my order this weekend and it is not the right item that I ordered. It is not the variant and is the normal edition. I email the customer service right away stating that I got the wrong item and stated I want my order. All I get back is a response saying its sold out, send this back for a refund. This is flat out unacceptable. I was literally on the website the minute this released and paid in full. There is no reason what so ever that I shouldn't get what I paid for. And to be insulted with such a low level of customer service is insulting. I JUST placed 2 more orders with this company for over $200 for so called limited edition items so are these just not going to come too? If this isn't made right, those orders will be cancelled. I want my item that I paid for. You cannot sell limited edition items, have someone sit around to get them and waste their time and then not even send them their items because the COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT!

      I ordered a pair of ******* slippers in November. For a Christmas gift.. I received an email saying they were being shipped. And have never received them. I have sent 5 emails to the company and have never heard back. I just want a refund. No way of contacting the company other than emailing them. So its very frustrating.

      On December 15 I ordered this item as well as one other item from FOCO. On Dec 20 I received one of the items I had ordered. I emailed customer support and only received an auto reply. On December 26 I sent a follow up email and never received a response. I also tried to call FOCO and left message and never received a reply. I would not recommend ordering from FOCO. I my opinion they stole my money and fail to communicate with me.

      On December 11, 2022, an order (Order Number #ECFC1288747) was placed with Forever Collectibles online website (FOCO.com) for floral straw hat. The total amount including shipping came to $52.73. I have yet to receive this item. I was actually shipped a completely different item. I tried to contact them by email, because their website does not show any phone number for contact, on December 17, 2022. I did not hear back from them so I contacted them again on December 20, 2022 via email to check the status of this order again no response. My last contact with them came via an email on December 26, 2022 and still have yet to hear from them about my initial inquiry. I understand a delay due the Holiday season but it has been over 3 weeks now and to not have any response is unacceptable.

      I ordered 5 items on12/09/22. I received what was listed as my full order on 12/16/22. I only actually received 3 out of the 5 items. I have emailed over and over trying to sort this out. I havent heard anything back from the company. I would like to return two items for a full refund and a full refund for the 2 items I never received.

      I have a product that was a Christmas gift. I need to exchange for a different size. I have reached out in email as well as phone to no avail! I have asked repeatedly on voicemail and email to get ahold of me on this matter but no response! After looking at reviews, which I wish I would have looked sooner, this company is known for either you don't receive the product ordered, it's a wrong item or you can never get a hold of anyone, which is my issue. ECFC1239551 is my order number. Maybe you can get a hold of them cause they sure don't get back to us!!
