      Thank you for the opportunity to address your concern. We have investigated the issue. We have not identified similar complaints/observances from other patrons, however, since our product is manufactured by a third party vendor and we will monitor the issue.

      Hearing aids started dying within 3-4 hours after being charged. I took them into office in 3/2024. They were cleaned and tested and owner said there was nothing wrong with them. The hearing aids started losing the charge again within 5 months. I took them back in 8/2024. I was told the batteries had been checked and the left aid battery would be replaced and the right one would be sent back to the company. The owner wanted me to pay at least 1/2 of the $300 charge before she sent it off. I paid that. Then I get a bill for the other half but haven't received the hearing aids back nor a phone call about them. I called and spoke with the owner today (10/01/2024 ) and she stated the left hearing aid battery was replaced but the right one couldn't be fixed. I was completely confused. I asked did she send the right one back to the company and she said it hadn't but she couldn't tell me why she hadn't sent it off??? However, I have paid $150 for it to be sent back to company and be repaired. The service at this business has been terrible and I feel like there should be compensation. My mom has now not had hearing aids since 8/14/2024. There was another time prior to this incident, that I went to the office before closing time but the office was closed an hour and a half before the closing time posted. I have paperwork with serial numbers on these ********************** aids that do not correspond to the serial nbr that owner has on the billing statement. There is something not right.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told by the business, Ears2Hear, that the hearing aid should be back within a week. That was on 10/1/24. Today is 10/15/24 and I still haven't heard anything about the hearing aid that was supposed to have been sent back to company. This has been terrible customer service. Also I haven't been told how this is going to be investigated and a time period for that.

      This issue has not been resolved. A representative from home office has called me and discussed the problem, however, this representative is saying both hearing aids were sent back to company. The left one was replaced not repaired but didn't say anything about what was done to the right one. This is different from what **** at the ******** business told me. She said that only the right hearing aid was sent to the company and that it was replaced. The conflicting stories is very concerning. I have communicated this by email to representative from home office on Wednesday,  11/6/24, and have not heard back from her. Issue is not resolved.

      Purchased hearing aids from HearingLife*************** store nearly 3 years ago. They call multiple times a week from a number displaying as ********, ** even though they are located in *********Every time i answer the call they are told to put my name on their do not call list but they keep ************ step is to send a certified letter demanding they stop. When they don't I'll be heading to court to collect damages under the do not call law as all my numbers are on the list.

      Constantly getting phone calls from this company!I have informed them 3 times to stop calling my phone number, but they continue to call. I also constantly block their phone numbers, yet they keep calling from different numbers.

      Last week I was in the *****. Idaho clinic with my mother who had an appointment and we were waiting. They're always behind schedule there. It seems and the lady at the front. **** received a call of some sort through her computer and her manager was on the other line.I assume, and he was yelling at her. She was trying to be professional and keep her voice down and she wasn't speaking much when I heard him say what you don't have anything else other to say than okay or cool. She explained to him that she didn't know what else to say that she was.At the front desk and there were patients in the lobby. He did not care and he kept yelling at her which I heard in the lobby. I thought it was extremely unprofessional.How embarrassing and humiliating for that young lady at the front desk. She was visibly upset and embarrassed and I think it's appalling that a manager would do that when he could have called on a telephone so she could have gone into a private room. What kind of managers are running hearing life that doesn't say much for their business? And I already have a bad taste in my mouth for the clinic as it is

      I'm having a terrible problem with this company, I have never contacted this company, yet I have to date 67 verified calls from them. Every time I get a call, I block it. Does no good, they just call on another number. I want this to stop immediately and have asked them to stop, does no good. Terrible that a company runs there business that way. I will give them all the bad press that I can. Nobody should ever use a company like this.

      They kept sending us thousand of mails of my husbands and his decreased mothers name on it! We called them over a thousand times and they kept sending mails!! Even though, they sent my late mother in laws name that she is not sign up for Hearing Life. Please remove the whole profile of ours out of your system!

      This for the **********, ** location on ******* Dr. ****** called my elderly Mother to come in for a free hearing test & tried to push her to buy hearing aids. My Mom said NO. ****** persisted by calling my Mother again months later & told her she felt sorry for her when she was there walking around not being able to hear that well. ****** pressured my Mom & talked her into coming in for another appointment. She ended up signing her up for a Care Credit credit card to the tune of $3K for something she doesn't want or wear. My Mom is on a very fixed income & can't afford it! Unfortunately I found out about it too late for us to dispute the credit card charge. She didn't fully understand the terms & did NOT want to buy them. My Mom told ****** NO several times on the phone & in person. She took advantage of her. When I called her to tell her so, all she said was your Mother understood. SHAME ON YOU! When someone tells you NO...***'T CONTINUE CALLING THEM & PRESSURING THEM WITH ***** UNSCRUPULOUS TACTICS. NO MEANS NO!! *A REFUND NEEDS TO BE ISSUED TO HER IN EXCHANGE FOR THE HEARING AIDS. AFTER THIS IS RESOLVED, WE REQUEST NO FURTHER CONTACT*

      Thank you for the opportunity to address this concern. We conducted a thorough investigation. Per the provider, here are the course of events:  "She came in for a test on 03/15/2023 but was not ready to purchase. She came back on 07/19/2023 and said she could not hear in church. She did purchase hearing aids. She came back on 07/26/2023 for her "care after yes" appointment. She was doing very well and was happy. She came in again for her follow up visit on 8/15/2023. She could hear in church. She came in for a follow up on 8/14/2023 and all was good. She had no complaints and seemed very happy with her purchase." The request for a return for credit is not authorized.
