My salesman *** ********** was amazing, very oldschool and did not pressure me into inaything. It took me about a week to decide for sure I was willing to commit and he did not ******* me with calls like so many awful dealers. He never talked down to me because I was a woman, and I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a Subaru.Review from Lisa H

I may never go to another car dealership. EVERYBODY that we dealt with was genuinely friendly, professional and I felt no pressure ever! I had extended my lease and have been shopping around thinking I might not get another Subaru. After every other dealership, I left feeling at least not happy to extremely uncomfortable and sometimes upset. I left Victory Subaru feeling happy and excited about the prospect of getting a new car. Our salesman, ****, was new to the dealership, but his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine personality was amazing. I hope he stays at the dealership so I can work with him again. I generally hate the car buying/leasing experience, but not with the great people at Victory Subaru!!Victory Subaru Response

Overall I had a good experience. Came in looking for Outback XT limited, test-drove it the day before, and came back the next day to talk numbers, about the car and my trade-in.At first, they did try to give me a lower number on my trade-in, but I told them I was looking for a specific number based on the trade-in quotes I already received from other dealers like Audi/BMW/Carvana. Without too much hustle they did meet the number I wanted. Just as with any dealership need to keep an eye on dealer add-ons, they are not bad, but also not everyone may catch on to them. With that said they removed them per my request without any issues. I worked with ***************************** he was very calm not pushy, and a pleasure to work with, all the paperwork was done quickly and I was on my way with a new Outback within 2 hours. ****** showed me the service area and even helped to schedule 1st maintenance. Definitely a positive experience for being my first Subaru.Victory Subaru Response

What started as a brief email exchange turned into a smooth experience. We were contacted immediately, but never felt pressured. We liked the option to set an appointment, and were welcomed on arrival. ************** took care of us with patience and exceptional knowledge about the Forester and the various trims; even the nuances of options between them, which we especially appreciated. This made it easy to settle on a choice. While negotiating is never the fun part of the experience, ***** never made us feel pressured into settling. There was 'give and take,' and we were satisfied with the result. We look forward to a longtime relationship with Victory Subaru and expect this will not be our last purchase. Terrible terrible experience with financial rep ****** Told me I needed the tire warranty in order to qualify for lower interest rate. Was very unorganized. Made several financial mistakes during our two car purchase. Ask for final number in beginning, then gave us a different number 3k more at the end, over charged the second car and when mistake was caught ***** was rude and aggressive after I stated I feel like Im getting ****** over. Which apparently I was, since he made me get the tire warranty and said it was needed for lower interest. (Then caught the financial overcharge mistake after he made me get the tire warranty). THEN overcharged me an extra ***** dollars on my deposit. Resulting in a 11k charge instead of 10.Victory Subaru Response

While we regret that you feel this way about your experience, you were unnecessarily rude and foul-mouthed from the start. ***** is not used to being spoken to in this fashion and it understandably put him back on his heels with you (in his culture women do not speak the way you did). He was maybe a little flustered by your tone more than disorganized. It was not a $1,000 mistake - it was a $100 clerical error that was immediately rectified by the General ******. One of the specials you were offered was indeed a better interest rate if you chose to purchase a ************ warranty. It's a common practice and the choice to take it or not was your decision to make. You got a very nice car and a very good deal. It's up to you if you're happy or not.Review from Elizabeth K

Deceitful advertising practices. Advertised the LISTING PRICE of a car but then it's suddenly ***** more and they claim that price is only available if you finance or trade in a vehicle. Steer clear!Victory Subaru Response

We regret that you feel this way, ***. Our pricing is straight-forward and fairly well described in our disclaimers online. Many dealerships across the country advertise pricing just like us - it's not original to Victory. We want you to trade in your old car with us. We want you to finance with us. The $2,000 is an incentive to do just that. Even without those discounts our pricing is on par or better than our competition. The words, "See Dealer for more details" appears for issues such as this. You are free to ask any questions if you don't understand our advertising. We wish you well.Review from Catherine C

While getting my Subaru serviced I was approached to get a value on my car for trade in value. When the email came I was surprised they offered me $20,000. Plus other incentives for my car. The day I went to the dealership I called to confirm the offer they gave me. I drove there, the salesman looked over my car, then took me to look at new models. I decide on one and then a manager comes to the desk and says they can only give me $10,000. What a waste of my time. I think this practice is deceitful. They lied to me on many levels. We regret that you are dissatisfied with our process. Our email offer is always a best-case offer. The value is pending a physical appraisal. Until we see your old car, we don't really know the mileage or condition. We don't know if you happen to have a bad CarFax report. We don't always know what trim level your old car is. Is it a top model or a less equipped entry level model? All of these things reveal themselves when we see your old car. Based on these factors and its current value in the market is how we make our offer to you. In most cases it all works out - in your case it did not.
