I have been away for awhile been really sick I was looking at my account and noticed that My Property Protection has been taken money out of my account for about 4 months now. I have never heard of them nor have I ever subscribed to them ever in my life while I was away my son was paying my Bills for me with me social security, he said that he took has never signed me up for this or ever heard of them. I expect to be refunded and for them to never ever contact, or bill me ever again. Our records indicate that ****************** initiated enrollment with our company. During this call and his enrollment, we clearly outlined the benefits and terms associated with the 30-day trial for My Property Protection, our property title monitoring service. After the trial period, members have the option to continue with the service for a monthly fee of $16.50. These details were thoroughly communicated to ****************** at each enrollment stage. Moreover, we discussed the option of automatic payments via his checking account or credit card for his convenience. ****************** provided us with a Mastercard ending in 1686. He also shared his contact number *************) to stay updated on his membership status. Subsequently, we sent him comprehensive information about the service through USPS.
In light of his concerns we have canceled ********************** services with our program and processed a refund to his credit card. We take all feedback seriously, and our commitment to authenticity and transparency is reflected in our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I've been billed by this company for several months and I didn't realize it until recently. I have not signed up for any services with this company. They have been taking $16.50 out of my account. I'm not sure how they got my account information.Business response

During her enrollment, we clearly communicated the benefits and terms of our home title monitoring service. On 5-3-2023 I noticed a change in my banking account balance . after doing some research I found out that since November of 2022 a company called my property protection was doing a $16.50 debit withdrawal from my checking account that I did NOT authorize. The company is supposedly a property title managing company.I do not own a home and have no reason to have any interest in a company like this as well as paying them money for 0 services rendered. From November of 2022 to the current date this company has taken $115.50 from my checking account. I am seeking a full refund and I would also like an investigation into this company and their business practices if possible. I have found that there are some businesses out there that use 3rd party advertising companies to promote their business. I've been on the other end of these 3rd party companies that are sending spam messages and phone calls. Any justice that can prevent the "shady" operation of any of these businesses would be a true blessing. I don't have a personal computer or a reliable internet connection but if any further information is needed please contact me at ************. I did cancel my debit card as well as have an investigation through ********************* filed in regards to the above mentioned complaint. After explaining this to a bbb representative on the phone I was advised to file a complaint through bbb, as well as reporting this issue to the federal trade Commission and quite possibly contacting the ********** attorney generals office.Thank you for your timeBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: in response to the reply from the business I filed a complaint about. in November of ************************************************************************************ my areathe site directed and redirected to 3rd party advertising and what I would call (scam)sites. I did not complete the survey and exited the site completely. about 8 days later I received a notice of a starting free trial membership to the company in question. I called the number that was provided on the business letter on the same day I received it and cancelled said trial membership. I thought nothing more about it until I noticed the debit transaction. I continued with the steps mentioned in the original complaint. I am not a home owner and have never needed any type of services that this company provided. I never gave this company permission to deduct funds from my account and I did call and cancel anything that I was signed up for without knowing.thank you for your time and I hope I have made things understandable.
